Most of Lovebites song are always have beautiful and uplifting lyrics.. This is my first time hearing Lovebites. I am a big metal head rocker and in my opinion they definitely rock it out! I'm sure I'll be exploring more of their music shortly. I'm still trying to do better to get better. One thing I'm focusing on is to not "self sabatoge" myself . Taking my seizure meds, not drinking and looking to focus on things that help me to smile. I don't want to deny the other side of the coin after losing someone close to me who really touched my heart and having my health go on a real downturn at the same time. It is hard to not get stuck in that rut. Thank you Amanda this is the song I needed today. Now I can shamelessly listen to some Pantera lol. I need that too

The individual and collective talent of this band is out of this world. For example, the bass player Miho has shoulder-length hair in one scene and long red hair a second later and the costumes also change. So well done that it is hardly noticeable.

Yay, you returned to Lovebites! Just watching them perform is inspiring already, but they do have strong lyrics to match. I second the Rising recommendations. It's a great and powerful song.

I'm so with you on this mentality problem. As personal trainer I see people having totally unrealistic expectations. The most important thing for PT nowadays, is to slow down people, and keep them safe, when they go crazy about some impossible goals they see in social media.

Japan has quite a few rock/metal bands to feed that Girl Power spot. Gacharic Spin, Band Maid, Nemophila, HANABIE., and Mary's Blood for all girl groups are excellent places to start. Unlucky Morpheus has an incredible female lead and female violinist, Wagakki Band blends new and old in an amazing way. This is in no way a complete list but more of a launching point if you would like to venture a little more into this very cool area of music.

I like to quote from Bleach where they say perfection is a dead end. It means there's no more room for growth or creativity. I don't think we should ever want to be perfect.

LOVEBITES is one of my favorite bands. Please give SoHyang a listen. She is a South Korean singer and is my favorite vocalist, insanely talented and one of the most positive artists I know of. I listen to both every day. They give me solace. Peace.
