Yes they are special. Nothing like Tool past present or future best band ever imo❤
🌀 Diving in the deep end with The Grudge. Fan fave with the bonus Angry Maynard scream. Throughout the song I feel the Grudge seething under the surface. Then it bursts to the top, then fades, but never fully goes away. Still not certain if Maynard was able to let it go or if the Grudge finally overwhelms and consumes him. 😄 "Right in Two" is another journey. Read the lyrics after the song. Enjoy!
I have always felt that the end of this song is a release. When taken in context with the rest of the album I believe this is the case. It is the first track on the album. The next track is an interlude Eon Blue Apocalypse much more chill, then The Patient (which has dual meanings: to have patience & to be a patient)
