This one is always welcome and so refreshing. Tim and Faith's "Speak to a Girl" is another beautiful song with a touching message. Their love is so evident and lovely to see.

His father was Tug Mcgraw famous reliever for the Phillies among other teams. Who got the last out of the 1980 World Series. The song lived liked you dying was dedicated to him. When he was dying of brain cancer

Tug was playing in the minor league in Jacksonville, Fl. Renting a room in a 2 story house downtown when he would hook up with the landlords daughter and got her pregnant with Tim. He didn’t have a relationship with his son for many years. His Mom still lives here and owns a flower shop that supply hanging flowers/ plants on light poles downtown. Really sweet lady. I went to see Tim play early in his career at a place called “ Papa’s “ where he was boo’d off stage. LOL!

His new one Hey Whiskey the acoustic version is awesome it’s about his struggle with alcohol and his wife giving him a choice to quit or leave. He’s been sober for quite awhile and says it was the best choice he ever made.

I truly love how unbiased and authentic your opinions are, and also just the open mindedness in looking into a verity of music. Tim McGraw " My little girl " is amazing. it's the perfect song for men, dads and especially girl dads.

Phil and Sam, as a loving couple, y’all should dive into the music of Tim and his wife Faith Hill. Their music partnership, marriage and love is an inspiration. Married is 1996, their music together and videos are magical. Faith pulled out of the spotlight to raise their 3 daughters. So much to their story…and it continues: “Let’s Make Love” “How You Talk to a Girl”

I can hear the song and Im ok. I can focus on the video....and Im ok. If I watch the video while focusing on the music I cry EVERY DAMN TIME. Its usually the baby feet that set me off. But if that doesnt, that guy in tears as he releases his floating lantern gets me. Everything about this is one of the most beautiful creations in human history.

One of my favorite 80's songs with a message was "Driver's Seat" by Sniff 'N' The Tears. It's not about driving a car but rather stepping up to stay in control of your life and continuing to move forward after a breakup or some other setback in one's life.

Love this one. Ti also doe have some fun & spunky music as well. In fact, his new one all over country radio is called 'Standing room only' & it's a banger. And Faith Hill is a star in her own right, but for great duets, my favs are 'I need you' & 'It's your love'. From Faith, 'This kiss' & 'Wild one' are spunky ones & 'Breathe' is a sexy song. I absolutely love her cover of 'Piece of my heart' & it's probably my fav b her.

The best country artist and writer that no one will listen to or have heard of. The world is a weird place sometimes. You are literally the only person that mentioner her and that she wrote the song. I actually love her version better than Tim's, and Tim did a great version of it.

@@nealm6764Ha, there’s a few of us around-I posted about her once, and my next door neighbor turned out to be a fan as well! And yeah, Tim’s version is good, but there’s something special about a middle-aged woman singing this song she wrote for her children that gives the whole thing a different flavor.

Actually his album count is relatively low for a country artist. Up until the early 2000's, the was almost a rule that a country artist release at least 1 album a year. For instance old timers like Willie Nelson and Hank Williams, Jr have 90 and 55 albums respectively. So it's not unusual for a country artists to have 20 or 30 albums.
