@@ralphkiner5389 they were pretty big in the early 90s.. as a child that was not into hip hop until 1993ish (when I was 13) I remember Naughty By Nature, Queen Latifah and Kriss Kross all around me right before I started really getting into things like Wu Tang and Nas.

"Ghetto Bastard" ("Everything's Gonna Be Alright") from Naughty by Nature is a classic single they released. Please check it out when you get a chance.

I love this song so much, I always perform this song at Hiphop karaoke. Where you have to rap this song to just the instrumental, on a stage, with a DJ, a mic and 300 people waiting to see if you got what it takes. It's much harder than you think. They gave the full album 4 mics. First concert I went to was Naughty By Nature & Black Sheep. The energy at the show was exactly what you’d think it’d be. No seats, everyone just packed in standing and turned up to 10.

Classic. Also check out , Queen Latifah-"Latifah's had it up to here". Treach from naughty by nature was a frequent ghostwriter for the queen, (still the way she spits is hard). Queen Latifah is a hip hop legend with so many bangers (as are naughty by nature). Definitely get in to her discography at some time, you won't be disappointed.

This is that shit……. I asked for this one a month back💯💯💯💯 Treach is a beast Do “ Everything’s gonna be all right” by them. It’s not a upbeat, tempo song like this one is but it’s one of those street songs that I used to listen to back in the day that you can relate to if you’ve grown up poor in the hood.

The funny thing with this reaction, When Justo says "FUCK!!!!" in the commentary section. That is how we all flet when this song came out and I think it was the B-Side to the main release "Know the Ledge" by Rakim. ------ As we say in hiphop, "The B-side wins again" -------- Funny thing is about this song guys. You couldn't play this at cookouts or block parties, it would start fights and lead to gunshots being fired, cuz it brought out the wildness in Niggas and White trash dudes. ----- This for sure is one of those songs that would start fights and end the block party. I don't think you guys don't understand that naughty by Nature were called the hit makers. For 3 straight Summers they had the number one hiphop hit. "O.P.P", "Uptown Anthem", "Hiphop Hooray", "Craziest", "Feel me Flow". ------ Every Summer from 91' to 93' no one could touch these guys. It wasn't unitl Dr Dre came with, "THe Chronic" and that anyone was able to stop their run of dominacne on not only the HipHop charts but also the pop charts as well.

Ya'll got to understand that before 1990 was a time in music when mainstream (celestial) radio and MTV didn't want to play hiphop music. ------ Naughty by nature forced them to do just that and also force them to put it in heavy rotation. Hiphop Hooray became the theme song for MTV summer in 1993. ------- You guys may roll your eyes at MTV, but MTV was the equal to Spotify and Apple music combined back in the day. You had no shot at a hit record if MTV would not play your song. ------ MTV would not play much Hiphop until NBN came along. Maybe at 1am or 2am buy not in daylight hours. They had an unoffical "Black Out" on urban music.
