A little about me and this channel:
My name is James Aubrey IV and I just recently graduated college from Iowa State University. After college I decided to take a leap of faith. So I moved to San Diego California to pursue my passion for videography/ KZread. Overall I'm a pretty chill person, outside of KZread I like to longboard, dance, play video games, lift weights and hangout with my friends. I know that success on KZread won't happen overnight but I'm willing to stay patient and put in the work to try to prefect my craft daily. This KZread channel will be centered around my life after college. You will be able to see all of the ups and downs on my journey to success. So if you like the content make sure you subscribe so you can be apart of the Rome Life Family. (Let's build our own personal Rome's together.)
What is the Rome Life ? And What does it mean to be apart of it?
Rome Life is something I started during my Sophomore year of high school (one of the worst times in my life) it started off as me documenting my journey to recovery from my shoulder surgery but eventually it turned into a platform that I could use to encourage myself as well as others to chase our dreams.
Rome Life isn't just a saying it's a way of life and for the people who want to be apart of it have to realize that. Rome wasn't built in a day it took a lot of handwork time and most importantly patience. So you can't expect your dreams to be any different

The group he was part of for a number of years, The Doobie Brothers, are one of the 2020 inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It's a huge honor for the band and the individual members of the band. Though the Doobies were already extremely popular before Michael joined the group in 1976, they just exploded with him and his voice in the following albums.

One of the great blue eyed soul singers. This beat has been stolen, er, sampled a bunch of times. Listen to him on "Minute By Minute" and "Real Love" with the Doobie Brothers. Try his two duets, one with Patti LaBelle "On My Own" and the other with James Ingram, "Ya Mo Be There". He's also on just about every early Steely Dan song. Try him with Kenny Loggins on "Heart To Heart" and Christopher Cross on "Ride Like The Wind". All great songs.

Sweet Freedom is a good song from him. It's to an 80's movie, Running Scared.

Real Love and Love Lies are two other great songs by Michael McDonald. Also, listen to the Doobie Brothers album Minute by Minute.

Been a many of men thought he was black. And in his sound I can see why. You might be able to see Michael in more of other people stuff than his own. It seems if he know 'em he'll sing with 'em.
