Dope vid. Mac was slept on for a minute. Y’all gotta do “programs” and “loud” by Mac if you want bars. Loud was one of his break out bangers and programs absolutely slaps. “I am who am” probably his best bar heavy song tho. Just more of a trippy sound.

big facts people sleep on programs because it was just a promo song for swimming that didnt make the album. Honestly it kinda annoys me how much of his best music hasnt been heard by the masses because it wasnt something that was associated around his death, which depressingly caused a lot of his music to blow up. I remember listening to tracks he had with like 50k listens and it was straight fire, and then he died and those songs suddenly jumped to 500k, while some of his other music stayed relatively obscure despite being just as outstanding. Such a shame that it took his passing for people to realize what an incredible, generational artist he was.

@@BadExample77 GO:OD AM might be one of the most underrated rap albums ever, Weekend is pretty popular but the rest of the songs are soooo underrated it's crazy. Brand Name is still probably my favourite intro to an album of all time.

still hurts to listen to mac after what happened but his music has helped me through so much that i cant help but listen to it when im down. he deserved so much more credit than what people gave him. he is one of the greats in my eyes just for being open and honest with his feelings in his music. it will continue to help people who arent doing good mentally and i wish all those people the best.

R.I.P. Mac... I started listening to him in 2008 when I was junior in high school and its crazy to feel like I grew up with him, the way his music evolved...its like his music matured at the same rate i was maturing... he started as a rapper and evolved into a genius musician.
