    Kid Cudi is one of the OG's of the sound today. All the melodic sing-rapping that is so common today wasn't fully accepted back in the late 2000s. Kid Cudi helped make it okay to sing over beats and talk about emotional things in a genre that otherwise shunned those feelings.

    Kid Cudi is a unique artist who is constantly experimenting & changing his style. I’ve been hooked to his music since his A Kid Named Cudi mixtape dropped over 10 years ago. We wouldn’t have artist like Travis Scott without Kid Cudi.

    this song came out in 2008 or 2009 and this is the edited video version. just like the stuff that was edited out of songs in the 90s wouldnt be edited out today
