Em took this song! They both have great verses but....Ems were better. Imo.

When eminems voice comes in, its like he has everyones attention every time. Flow, cadence, lyrics, passion

Thing about this song is eminem and royce did the original version then gave it to Jay for him to write his version and eminem didn't change his at all and still killed jay

You’re not the first Person to say that even Nas said it when on Ether Song when him and Jay Z were dissing each on Rap Songs,He said “Eminem murdered you on your own sh* t” he was talking about this Renegade Song

Exactly right I agree about the parents need to be parents and not blame the artist.. even Eminem has said he didn’t want his daughter listening to him growing up..and he doesn’t allowing cussing in his house and other people can’t control there kids and blamed his music 🤦🏻‍♂️

Both of em absolutely smashed this. 2 lyrical greats doing their thing. It's a great track. Jay's the GOAT to me, but Em probably has the better bars on this.

Thanks for reacting to one of my favorite songs! Yeah both were great but Em’s flow is unmatched and as a matter of fact, NAS made a diss song called “Ether” to JayZ saying “Eminem murdered you on your own shit” bc Em wrote his verse long ago originally with Royce Da 5’9 so JayZ had plenty of time to make his verse better. NAS is another artist I love and if you like diss tracks, Ether is great. He rips JayZ’s ass😂

And with this my children we see just how much better em is than everyone else ……
