V is blind on one eye while IU is deaf and mute. Great acting by both, great story line. V’s MVs has so far all been cinematic and not typical ones which showcase dance and all. He’s also not scared to look shabby in this MV

They they forgot what they were running from because through the lens of the camera, they were able to just love and enjoy life until the reality caught up to them and they were taken away ICRY 😭😭😭😭

She is also a filial daughter. She buys a new car for her dad every year. She is daddy’s little girl. In one talk show the host actually commented that her eyes lit up every time she talks about her dad and she talks about her dad often

It’s so amazing how V kept his right eye emotionless at the end of the MV despite the tragic ending, because it was supposedly a blind eye. Superb acting.

This mv has emotionally wrecked me. I was not prepared at all for these emotions. I have to listen to the song separately because the mv pulls me in every single time. As soon as I see a snapshot of this mv, I get tears. I felt the same way and had to cover my eyes to just listen to the song alone, because this incredible video kept distracting me. I am in awe of this masterpiece - they both truly exceeded all my expectations. Just wonderful!

IU’s character is deaf and taehyung’s one eye is blind. That’s why she uses sign language when they’re eating and she covered taehyung’s left eye at the end to protect it. One theory I read, the couple represents aging people who are close to death and the cube represents the inevitable death. They were reminiscing their youth through the cam recorder which is all cheerful, bright and colorful. However, the reality is not as beautiful, when it’s time for you to go, you have to go. They spent their time together loving each other until their last breath.

Yes, Taehyung is blind in his right eye, and I think IU is both deaf and mute as she not only signs but doesn't speak, but instead uses signals to say where to go/what to do. The people in the banquet hall are faceless, and are mocking them and trying to separate them; they represent how disability is seen as social anathema; how those who are disabled are treated as outcasts. You see Taehyung and IU knocking them out of the way. The cube is a metaphor for how society disregards those who are disabled, who don't fit in the right 'box'.

V & IU made a terrific couple

I have watched the video several times and reactions. Lovely people have said that when Tae is singing on that stage, since IU's character is deaf/mute, she is grabbing his neck to feel the vibrations. Also at the very end when IU is holding Tae with one had, she taps his chest three times which means I love you. Also if you look around you do see clothes in other places other than the pile. I have cried every time I have watched these videos.

IU's voice is captivating and V's acting is superb! They told an emotional story without a single dialog. V showed a whole range of emotions from fear to joy to rage to being resigned to their fate. And he manages to sneak in his TATA-MIC FACE when IU was brushing the crumbs of his lips right before the hooded characters came in. Brilliant!

Did you watch IU's Pallet when Tae was a guest? They were talking about acting and he told her he really wanted to try this concept from the series "The end of the f.. world", that he wanted to play a roll like the main character of that series. Couple of months later... we got this MV💜

The music video and song devastated me

I knew this mv was going to be excellent, but I didn't expect it to move we all like this. The tenderness (almost innocence?) between them was so disarming. And then the hopelessness of it all... I was so immersed that I could feel their fear and despair.. V and IU's acting and chemistry are so excellent. I loved the fact that Taehyung was not the stereotypical fearless male lead. That man was terrified (he acted it so well!!) and that made everything, including his moment of bravery, feel even more real.

This song/MV better win some surd of award. When I saw a new MV titles Love Wins All I didn't know what I was about to click on at all. I expected a cute love song not a whole emotional rollercoaster and heartbreak (TToTT) Ive watched this "movie" 7 times since it came out and cried every single time. On a side note, I loved how your reaction in this video matched so perfectly how I felt watching this. Like it starts with confusion/grasping the setting, then it's like a bit sad look, then smile before realizing it cuz theyre so cutely in love, but then also starting to tear up and then suspense of like oh god please let there be a happy ending and then just sitting there stunned and processing a bit the whole emotion this brought up.

Enjoy reacting with you so much. IU took care of V like an elder sister, so protective of him. Always hold his hand and went into an unknown place first. V’s behaviors are innocent and playful just sooo ‘childishly cute’. Even in the ‘wedding’ part, V’s facial expressions are just like a little boy. I think that’s why at the end when the ‘cube’ came to them, IU did not hesitate to stand in front of V and determined to fight. V probably tried to protect IU the first time. we could see how scared he was but still pull out all his strength and attack the ‘cube’. When they both realized there was no way to survive, IU came up with that V was ‘little’ and must be frightened, then she covered V’s one good eye with her hand gently to ease him.
