He wasn't, HE IS A LEGEND
He was and still is known as the chairman of the board. All hail Frank Sinatra!💖💖💖
Man, song-writing of such level. Staying in a studio can never have such life experience to write such lyrics. Amazing. Sinastra really was on top of the world not just in his era.
I'm Gen-X but I was raised by my Grandfather who was a Big Band Leader & this is the music I grew up on. I'm extremely grateful to my Grandpa for giving me the experience of the legends.

Hey Gen-Z here discovered this kind of music through video games and movies and I’m so thankful for it ✌🏼
1966..can u imagine? Even moooorreee sick! Beautiful
2024 and I found you again. Loved your channel got us thru covid. Love love Frank Sinatra and this song. Brings me back to Brooklyn 1960s and my Mom was a so crazy about ol blue eyes. As was the entire world
My favorite Frank song. Most people love My Way. After my mom passed in 2009 this song helped me smile again! He was sooo snazzy! PS check out Fly Me to the Moon (sooo good) the man was swaggalicious before there was a word for it. Maybe swagger.
Im a baby-boomer, raised in the 60s/70s. Thanks to my parents love of music, I have a very eclectic taste in music. It's so refreshing to see younger generations checking out music that was created before their time. ❤
Frank is so good. The YT algorithm sent me The Warning and I'm 🪝. The Warning rock. 🔥 I listen everyday. 🎶
Absolutely awesome. He sounds sooo powerful on this one. He has sung some good tunes but this has that little extra. Glad you played it! 🥰
Frank Sinatra was one of the best "crooners" from this era. Fun Fact: Crooner is a term used for artists that began to change the way songs were sang and delivered. They were primarily male and performed in a smooth style and with a much wider range of frequency in their vocal delivery and this was made possible by better microphones. As always technology plays a key role in cultural change and in this case, it brought about a completely new genre of music, at the time. Here's another crooner from the same era "Bing Crosby - Papa Loves Mambo (1955)" and "Perry Como - For The Good Times (The Royal Variety Performance - 1974)" I enjoyed your reaction, this song brought back some lovely memories, thanks for sharing 🎶
Nobody like Frank, ever!!!! You should listen to his first recording, made in 1939 when he was 23 -- All Or Nothing At All by Harry James Band featuring Frank Sinatra. One of my favorites is I've Got The World On A String from 1953, the first song he recorded for Capitol Records which marked the beginning of a new & swinging era for Sinatra. So very, very many fabulous songs on the Capitol label!!! If you want to hear lyrics you'd never expect to hear from Frank, listen to Satisfy Me, from 1974. Oh, & BTW - the more you listen, the more you'll love his music. PS. One of the best duets you'll ever hear is Frank with Ella Fitzgerald swinging The Lady Is A Tramp. Frank's solo version of that song, from the movie, Pal Joey, is considered to be one of the greatest musical performances in film history!!!!! Listen & enjoy!!!!!

@D.J. Starling. Thanks for introducing me to "Satisfy me" 👍
This is a terrific song with smart lyrics.
This one reminds me of my mum. Such a smooth voice. Love it great choices Jay. 👌 😎
Oh how I love this one. The lyrics back in the day were amazing. The best is yet to come is great. Classic.
This song is special for me. I keep playing it on the low day to have perspective, on the high days to stay humble. Im a old soul
You always makes me in such a good mood! Just how you stop after 2 secs and says you know it is gonna be something great makes me happy! Thanks for sharing, love your reviews, mate :-)
Hey Jovaughn! I’d love for you to hear some of Sinatra’s early work with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, like “Fools Rush In” or “Polka Dots and Moonbeams”! I love that era for him.
This is the first song that I remember hearing as a child on the radio.
He’s got some great deep songs he did -“willow weep for me”, “Bonita”, so many! Love his album with Antonio Carlos Jobim! “Quiet Nights of Quiet Stars” is amazing too!!
He had such a powerful voice! 🎶🎶🎶
I love Frank Sinatra-my Grandfather played his music and it’s very special to me. They don’t make songs like this anymore! I love “All the Way” by him-give it a listen :)
Whenever I hear him it reminds me of my mam. We saw him at the Royal Albert Hall in London in early 80’s. It was amazing! She had original albums of his from late 50’s early 60’s & I grew up listening to him. Great reaction to a classic crooner, thanks for the memories 😊
You must have the most insane playlist! You should add a link so we all could enjoy it! 😄
Makes me go tinglerly listening to this song xxxxx

Frank Sinatra had the best songs
Your joy is infectious; I love how much you lovè these old groups and their performances 😊
Check out Luck Be Lady, the live version! He's on fire!
Good reaction👍 Count Basie orchestra conducted by Quincy Jones is really good with Sinatra songs . Take care
For a different side of Frank, check out Blue Skies by Frank with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra.
HE was before my time but he's always been my favorite singer...since age 18. He was a man!
ITS BEEN AWHILE. GOOD TO SEE YOU.
If I had to guess when the first time I heard Frank was, I’d have to say in the womb. His music is woven into my childhood and my family since before I was born. It brings me so much joy to see someone who is t familiar love it just as much. Thank you!
You are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing these. Great reactions, especially Frank Sinatra!
Frank Sinatra's young at heart song
They don't make them like they used to. Frank Sinatra was such a smooth crooner. This is before auto tuning. Artists had to be really able to sing. And the lyrics were clean, romantic & really meant something. He has a huge library of great songs. Some of my favorites are "My Way", "New York, New York", "Strangers In The Night", "I've Got You Under My Skin", "My Kind Of Town", "Summer Wind" etc.
Frank Sinatra is the Goat.❤
Broh, you got sum serious followers! 😳 Frank was Chairman Of The Board! The Rat Pack was the 💣 Sammy Davis and Dean Martin, oh yeah!

I have this down as one of my funeral songs. Fits my life 😁
I love Mr. Sinatra's voice as well, it pulls me in every time. Sinatra was quite the interesting character as well. Word has it that he met with Mia Farrow, and offered to get a couple of guys to show Woody Allen the error(s) of his ways. Ms Farrow thanked Sinatra for his support, and for the offer, but she declined. One interesting story amongst many about the man.
Jay, great to see you back. I've missed you. For a rec, why not check out the best Scottish rock band - The Jesus & Mary Chain. 'Happy when it rains' would be my pick. Stay well, bud!
one of the great American legends... Entertainer in the best sense and with Dean Martin and Sammy Davis the great Ratpack of Vegas
Frank Sinatra was the man in his time can you react to “New York, New York “
A song with a lesson of life with an humoristic touch
My soon to be ex told me about the time he saw Mr. Sinatra with his father. His siblings bought tickets to see Frank, but his mom couldn't go, so he went instead. His father told him to go get 'dressed', and it was the 1st concert he went to wearing a dress shirt & tie. He found he was 'under dressed'; men had tuxedos on and women wearing gowns getting out limousines, lol. Frank came on, and the crowd went crazy. Then Frank held up his hand, and total silence fell upon the Philadelphia Spectrum. He said it was such great moment to be with his pop and hearing Sinatra singing live. Frank is the man!!! My daughter would sing this when she was in her car seat 😊. Nice review as always fellow 7/17 baby!
Glad you're back, man, missed your reviews
Glad you back
Ayyy, New video, let's go!!
Jay, have you ever reacted to Frank's favourite singer, Tony Bennett? He's an incredible song stylist. Check out - The Good Life, Yesterday I Heard the Rain or Cold, Cold Heart.
Grande Frank 👍👍👍👍
Old Blue eyes ❤❤❤❤❤
I also think you should react to Tony Bennett, Frank's favorite singer, he called him "the best in the business". "I Left My Heart in San Francisco" was his biggest hit. My favorite is the jazzier "The Best Is Yet To Come" off the same album.
he had the golden voice
GOT TO CHECK OUT his duet with his daughter, "Something Stupid". Studio version, no live
Being an adult without hearing that's life is like 😢
Classic 🔥 🔥

Frank is paying homage to Sammy and Ray.

@@lesliesylvan, they really are like cockroaches! I can't even tell if it's better to report and remove them or ignore them completely. They're new on this channel, so we'll see if Jovaughn can block them, but they always get new accounts, if Jamel/Jamal's channel can tell us anything. I'll check out that scammer channel. I was thinking of contacting Mark Rober and this other guy who ruins scammers, but haven't been successful. I just looked at your channel. Lots of videos there! Anything I should look for? Take care!

@@lesliesylvan, hey! Just seeing this now. What do you mean "putting '1' as acknowledgement of the others response?" Do you mean liking the comments? I usually do, as just commenting doesn't always send a notification, so the other person might not see it.

I don't like him as a person. He treated women like dirt. His singing is top shelf though.
