They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; an audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. However, as they have their own unique style, they won't be Korean il Divo, they will be the Forestella of the world! Forestella has sung great covers like Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, Hijo de la Luna, Heal the World, the Sound of Silence, My Favorite Things, Champions (mash-up of Champs league theme and Champions by Jo SuMi), Nella Fantasia, Scarborough Fair..etc etc. At the Phantom Singer All Stars they sang Time in a bottle, Je suis Malade as well. Shape of You in English, Spanish and African Zulu is fantastic indeed. You can even see them dancing singing Smooth Criminal as well! If you are a LOL fan, check their Warriors and Legends Never Die! And they broke the record of their own with EXO's MAMA winning 6 trophies for King of Kings in a row in Immortal Songs. Forestella is a quartet of Ko WooRim (a classical bass, intense abyss-deep low tone), Kang HyungHo (an ex-research chemist, rock vocalist with soprano head voice falsetto), Cho MinGyu (a classical leggiero tenor, light boyish crystal clear tone) and Bae DooHoon (a musical actor, 159th King of the Masked Singers, emotion convincer good at R&B, Pop). FORESTELLA not only “could”, this group PERFORMS IN EVERY GENRE and every style. And always in an impressive way. Their genre is CROSSOVER, so they mix rock/pop/classical (sometimes more, sometimes less). Technically highly accomplished and vocally very adaptable, they make every genre their own. Everything Forestella performs is amazing; they add two more dimensions on everything. For your next reaction to Forestella, I highly recommend Forestella Queen's best songs compilation video on KBS Jeonju channel. It has We are the Champions, Bohemian Rhapsody (the very first performed stage in Immortal Songs, later comes Mystique live video which is dark so hard to see well their acting in the song) and We will rock you. If you don't remember how was the original Bohemian Rhapsody, watch it again and see Forestella's version. I love the interpretation style of Forestella.

"Hijo de la Luna" is one of FORESTELLA's very classically arranged songs. But they are incredibly diverse and their versions of "Legends Never DIe" (from League of Legends), "MAMA" (Original by EXO) or "Lazenca Save Us" (Epic Rock) are all BANGER and definitely recommended. They knock it all out of the park and you will be amazed.

Lovely Reaction. First guy, Kang Hyung-Ho was a Research Chemist was sang in a ROCK band before Forestella. He had NO vocal training. This is one of their "Classical" performances. You need to see "Bad Romance" (better than Lady Gaga - and their Tenor sounds like GaGa), "Bohemian Rhapsody"... as good as Queen... (I'm a Queen fan), "Desposito" and "Shape of you" are amazing and fun. For me, their best is "Je suis malade" 😭 But they are NOT Il Divo-lite. They are fun, quirky and as you said... tackle every genre.. with a Rock Singer, Theatre trained singer and two Classically trained singers. Sadly their Basso Profundo (Ko WooRim) starts his Mitary Service next month.

I did not expect this reaction from someone so young, whose first language is not Spanish. As each voice came in you smiled a bit. This was a fun reaction. It is always a pleasure to see someone react to pure talent. It appears you are a bit eclectic in your choices to react to. You've already reacted to this, my favorite Forestella song. Here are some of my other favorites: ANGEL, UTOPIA (an original song), KOOL (made for the fans - the MV made me cringe, but I love listening to the song while I'm driving. Why did I cringe? It was a shock to hear them create an old fashion R&R song). TIME IN A BOTTLE with a hard rock interlude. Queen's BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is an arrangement Freddie would cheer for. And oh so much more. Enjoy the journey. My other favorites include BTS. But I saw you had reacted to several of their songs so I won't recommend any of those. Other S Korean groups to consider The Rose - 4 piece band. Yep, most play instruments Akmu - NAKKA is very interesting. Jackson Wang - from a couple years ago. PRETTY PLEASE. This was before he rebelled. The MV and final credits are a hoot.

So true - this group can & has covered every genre! Plus they perform songs in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, Russian & Zulu! Often their covers are as good if not better than the original. Their skills are staggering. I really recommend more songs from them, you won’t be disappointed, really you won’t.
