The story of Fleetwood Mac is incredible. The singer Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham (guitarist and singer) were in a relationship, and had a bitter break up. During this time they recorded the album Rumours, which is full of songs almost bitching about each other. It's one of the greatest albums of all time!!

I'm so glad you said something about this I was just about to post this as a comment of course not the same words but pretty much yeah. Can you imagine how hard it would be to play in the same band with an X a bitter break-up and still having to sing songs that you've written toward each other in front of people wild being hurt at the same time and have to save face on stage?

Yes, that's very true, he seems to have an insight into things that the rest of us don't hear. I've only recently found his videos and I was watching one a few days ago and he said he was "slow" when he was watching Susan Boyle's audition on "Britain's Got Talent" when everyone was laughing at her. He said he could relate to Susan although i don't think she was slow, just very shy. I doubt "Mr Video" is slow but he has never been given the opportunity to shine it what he is good at and was ignored by his teachers as he was "different" and didn't conform to what his teachers thought he should be but he seems to have found his niche with these videos. I love watching his reactions, he makes me smile and laugh throughout the videos, he's a real character.

@@Voice.of.Voodoo I’ve never researched who got royalties, and I have no doubt of the importance of his magic on the synthesizer. Nicks has said her musicians have never been able to exactly recreate what he did in 25 minutes in the studio on one synth ... even with two people playing keyboards. But calling it a Stevie Nicks cover of a Prince song when she wrote the lyrics? How do you figure that? Stevie’s referred to it as Prince’s song in that his song inspired it so much that she wanted to talk to him about it before they went into the recording studio, and she’s always credited that and his seminal work on the synthesizer. Perhaps I’m missing the part where that makes it a cover song.
