You could also react to Alien Stage, a corean musical YT serie by VIVINOS 9 videos, 2-4 minutes each, around 20 minutes of content in total. Great plot, amazing music

​@@GOTGames I remember that there are 2 endings (I'm not sure if I remember correctly about the amount of ending) I don't have to say much about the Good ending but if you choose the Bad ending... There's no way turning back to the Good ending, it does not just mean you can't play the good ending ever again, but it means that you can never play the game again if you choose the Bad ending

​​@@Phantom-x67 there is 3 endings, neutral, pacifist, and no mercy run (aka. Genocide) depending of what you do with the enemies. You can play after no mercy, but the ending is corrupted until you delete your save

@@NicolasZamboni It's also worth noting that the genocide route is designed to be an unpleasant grind, so for an actually rewarding play-through neutral or pacifist is absolutely recommended.

You should also give the Deltarune soundtrack a listen, it's a more recent game Toby Fox has been working on, and the music is phenomenal. I'd recommend 'Field of Hopes and Dreams' and 'A Cyber's World' as 2 you could first give a listen to!

One of the things I love the most about Undertale is the use of leitmotifs. In fact, it was through Undertale that I first learned what those are. In Undertale, all the characters, places, emotions and situations have a specific melody or theme song assigned to them, but those melodies appear several times in other parts of the soundtrack, mixed together and in different new ways, making new songs. After Undertale (which just so happened to be my first experience with games on YT), I began to listen very closely to the soundtracks of other games, looking for leitmotifs. It's become my favorite part of videogame soundtracks honestly. Another game series that I've found plays with leitmotifs this much is Kingdom Hearts

So far you've mainly been hearing lore-relevant or boss battle themes, I'm interested to hear your reaction to Undertale's ambient themes, that play in a certain area, and how well they capture the atmosphere of that area to someone who has 0 context about them. The 5 main ones are Ruins, Snowy, Waterfall, Another Medium, and CORE

With continuing Undertale I'd say go with CORE and Another Medium, they kinda go hand and hand so seems fair. As for other game OSTs, I'd recommend OMORI! World's End Valentine and Jawbreaker are ones I feel you'll love

Another Medium is underrated ahh hell man, idk why, my guess is people playing in-game are too distracted and pissed off by Alphys' social media notifs that it's all they recall when flashing back to Hotlands, but it's just too good for the amount of attention it receives.

Check out Ghost Fight. It's kinda like a prelude to Dummy!, though both of these events happen at very different parts of the game Also, Spider Dance and Battle Against A True Heroine are underrated

I think G.O.T. already reacted to Battle Against a True Hero a while back, might be wrong though.

There was a few months where I listened to the entirety of the OST on repeat every day. So good.

The original Fallen Down plays earlier in the game you can think of Fallen down (Reprise) as a sort of extended version. Your pretty spot on describing the music as like a story and you can when you get to this point in the game you can really feel everything that you've been through in the differences in the songs even though they share names.

I recommend "Another Medium" it's actually nice! I'd love to watch you reacting to it. ❤

You should give the Chained Echoes OST a listen, specifically "Those Who Resist Destiny," "Flower Fields of Perpetua," and "Crimson Wings Spreading Through The Blue Sky."

I believe you're thinking of a 'boater' hat, (straw hat but flat), which was semi-formal summer wear so you'd see them on achapella/barbershop groups and professional boat polemen! Luffy'd wear something more akin to a modern-style straw sunhat, and fedoras are usually made of felt or leather and have a shaped top for easy gripping. :3c Yes, I did go on a wikipedia deepdive for this info

A good game OST is the game Everhood, it has a almost 3 hour length OST video uploaded by the game's official channel. Each song, as far as i know, is made by a different person/group so it all has a wildly different feel to it.

Dummy! is my favourite ost from Undertale, it's so fun to listen to. I recommend 'Spider dance' 'Dogsong' and 'Battle against a true hero'. Would definitely love to see you play this game. ❤

If you are thinking of doing more indie osts, please react to some hollow knight ones. For a specific recommendation: grimm troupe/nightmare king (2 separate tracks but highly connected. grimm troup might be more fun for reaction, where as nightmare king is slightly better imo)

Please Please Please do play Undertale. Also iirc average play session is 4 hours but can go to additional 2 hours of content if you do stuff in a sort of different way. (the game will tell you how to get there if you fail in the ending the first time so dw)

Right! There is a mistake in the official ost playlist, where instead of showing fallen down the original and the reprise, it has the reprise twice. Edit: the reprise is diffrent towards the end.

Completely and totally impartial and not even slightly self-interested suggestion to check out Undertale The Musical by Man On The Internet (once you've played the game yourself, perhaps). It's an entire musical adapting the soundtrack with lyrics, following the plot of the game (more or less). I may or may not have had a part to play in that beast of a production. :)

You know, I've noticed you describe singular songs as "OSTs" or "soundtracks", when, in case you didn't know, OST/soundtrack refers to the _whole_ collection of songs used in a movie/show/game.

I recommend the character soundtracks of Guilty Gear Strive. You can start with the main theme (Smell of the Game) and then go one by one, either from the first (Sol Theme) or the latest one released (A.B.A Theme). To listen to them, I recommend the CloudDrop channel.

My man, I wish we'll see his reaction to the GGST OST one day. I see recommendations popping up here and there, but I've kinda lost hope already for this to happen (although Luke sometimes says he'll definitely check out the music). Seems there are simply too few Guilty Gear fans in his community for the 'majority rule' to work Funny enough, once he does a single video, there will be over 9000 recommendations to check out other songs, cause of how good the music is and how few of a good reactions are there

I would totally watch an Undertale stream. Everyone wants to tell you how to play, so Emote Only is a necessity. The fanbase can be very toxic, and several popular Tubers were put off the game by how aggressive people get over it. All I'll say is that it is a game where complete Pacifisim is an option. You can win without ever raising your blade. Or, you can slaughter everyone. Anything is an option

You HAVE to do Asgore+Berguntruckung and Other than that you should also try Your best Nightmare+Finale and start some deltarune stuff like Big Shot and The World Revolving and Rude Buster

Watching you play through Undertale would be cool as hell, but I will warn you, the fandom is very particular about how people experience the game. If you go in planning to experience everything Undertale has to offer and are willing to play through it more than once to see certain endings, you've got nothing to worry about. But if you plan to only play through it once blind, with no guidance on how to get certain endings, there's probably going to be some lashback from the more... passionate fans in the community. I don't agree with attacking people over it, but I do understand how they feel. Undertale is the type of game where there is SO much amazing music and beautiful story that is SO easy to miss out on if you're not committed to seeing everything to the end. Not playing Undertale all the way through can feel like putting down a book right before the climactic moment of a story. Basically, my point is: if you're willing to play through all of the endings, a playthrough of Undertale would be amazing. But if you're not sure if you can commit to fully playing through it, you might be better off experiencing it in private to avoid the pressure from the fandom

Undertale OST are all bangers. I recommend to listen to Lisa: The Painful OST Boy oh boy, or Shardy's Shanty, or Blood simmer. Or from the DLC Lisa: The joyful OST 666 Kill Chop Deluxe. They a quiet weird but bangers. 🎶

Well, the game itself is probably the game changer in their era with its genre and I do recommend it. But... if you have a plan to play it on stream, be cautious.. so much people will backseat you so hard it might ruin your experience.

you playing Undertale would be pretty enjoyable, absolutely suggest emote only though. Long story short with no spoilers there are multiple endings, so you may want to play through it multiple times even, but chat likes to try to backseat a lot with Undertale. I would say you might need 3-4 days to stream an entire run, 6-8 maybe to do endings if you want to do the main endings too. Usually they just want to save you time, but it comes across very "you must play this way grrr!" And they end up ruining the experience for everyone.
