I saw the rest of the Grammys and everyone did very well but BTS was on another level just like the MMA award show. BTS at the MMA 2019 made me want to be an ARMY. It was an award show and it was better than any concert i've ever seen. I had to see BTS live after that MMA 2019 video. I went to PDT LA, my 1st BTS concert, and now I'm in Las Vegas!! Their concerts are something to be experienced, videos can really reflect the energy between BTS and ARMY

In the absence of Jin and Jungkook J-Hope, only 4 people practiced, and the day before the Grammy Awards, 7 people gathered and practiced for just one day. They are great professionals.

BTS showed the Grammy’s how to do it BTS style. They always make award shows their own concert. 👏

Boy i can't wait to see your jaw drop to their 2019 and 2020 MMA and MAMA performances if you think this was amazing!! They absolutely stole the Grammy's and ate it up!!! Funny thing is even though their concerts are hella crazy, their award show performances are insanely nuts!! Anyone who's performing after them - RIP!! Thanks for reacting to this , knew you'd love it!! Fun fact - jk and jhope were fresh out of covid quarantine and jin had a cast on his left hand after a surgery (hence he sat through). So they basically had just one day to practice as a group of 7! That's how incredibly skilled they are!

I watched the whole show live. Billboard voted BTS as the best performance of the night and fan surveys have come to the same conclusion. On April 8th when this was posted, I was in Vegas at my first BTS concert! They were amazing. There was a lot of purple hair leaving the airport yesterday, so many Army make the flight for them. There was also a pop up exhibit at AREA15 and they had BTS music videos on the big screen, like a drive in movie screen, but it was in a courtyard. Very cool.

Standing ovation, yeah that’s right. Everybody called them the show stealers and no. 1 performers of the night! And they were right!

Your face during that dance break was a true account of all of our faces. 😂 Thank you for making me smile!

This OT7 performance almost didn’t happen! JHope couldn’t fly in until Saturday, the day before the show due to getting Covid and quarantine rules. Jungkook got Covid in Vegas a week prior and had to have 2 negative tests in order to participate😱 The stars really aligned and it was their density to perform as 7💜 Grammy or not, ARMYs will only remember how much BTS has changed our lives through their music and messages, and not the # of trophies they received💜

BTS' s performance was hands down the BEST part of the whole Grammys ceremony!

Keep in mind they had only ONE DAY with all 7 members to rehearse this. The first days RM, Jimin, V and SUGA were the only ones who could rehearse the whole thing, while JHope was still in Korea for his last days of quarantine and JK quarantining in Vegas and Jin out of commission because of the hand surgery. Check out MMA (Melon Music Awards) of 2018, 2019 and their pre-recorded online show of 2020.

DAMN GRAMMY! BTS SHOULD HAVE WON!

I just gotta say I've just watched the Grammy performance of Butter and omg I loved the concept of them being being art (heart) thieves. the dance break was just wowzer and amazing and jin did so well joining in on the last chorus eventho every tiny movement hurts his hand. Also this performance to me must be my fav performance of Butter and I sure hope that their next comeback has a spy/art thieve type concept and this performance had me speechless and just amazed. Also every member was amazing and totally wrecked me.

Sure i have seen it live. It was so amazing. And the problem was, Jhope came later to LV because his Quarantene, JK was in Quarantene until 1 Day before the Grammys and Jin had a surgary and could not practice. So they had to practice with 4 member until 1 day before the Grammys. Then they had only one day to practice together. They are the most professional Dancer and Singer in the world. I love them so much.

Just wait until you watch their MMA and MAMA performances!! I get goosebumps every time I watch them!

Every live performance I’ve seen from them has breathed fresh new life into whatever song they’re singing. It’s an entirely new experience each time, no matter how often you may have heard the song before. That’s what I love about their live performances - they are true artistic masterpieces and they make a spectacle in the most beautiful and awe-inspiring way possible. The realist and cynic in me realizes that the Grammy’s in particular (but all American awards shows) have been using BTS as the main drive to get people to watch the show. They know BTS will always put on an incredible performance that will be talked about for days/weeks after. The fact that the Grammy’s in particular does this, yet fails to recognize their artistic merit and give them the respect (and awards) they deserve is truly heartbreaking. However, I’m really hoping that BTS will inspire a new wave of live performances at awards shows and that American shows in particular realize that just having the artist get up on stage and sing isn’t enough compared to the jaw-dropping spectacles BTS and overseas shows continue to give us

Ironic that I watched this reaction exactly a year after this iconic performance. Can you believe that we almost didn't have the ot7 performance? They didn't have a full group practice until hours before due to members having covid and jin sitting out with his hand recovering. Bangtan forever!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

they took "....criminal undercover..." quiet literally in this performance and it was sooooo good... Of course I watched it live it was 3 in the night in my country but it was worth :D (and it was the best performance in night)

The audience were on their feet long before the end of the performance. It was fantastic!

What was really cool, was the fancams from the audience. You could hear how in sync the guys were with not just their footsteps, but the way their jackets all hit the stage at the same time, too! Definitely amazing. Love these guys. Though I do have to say that Jon Batiste's performance was the only other one that was great! And now it seems like he and Taehyung are buddies. Of course lol

There's no one like BTS from talents to Manners they're always down to earth💜 in this crazy society doesn't deserve BTS, it's fine that even they deserve to win that night because grammy is not even on piece of cakes, so far BTS hold the #4 rank at the MOST AWARDED MUSICIANS OF ALL TIME with 784 awards🏆 period. 💜

BTS are absolutely amazing live! I just spent the last two days at their concert in Las Vegas and it was wild! They are so good at what they do and they bring so many people pure happiness! The high of seeing them perform live is like no other and I think you can tell by watching any of their live performance videos. I’m excited to see you check out more live stuff. I would also recommend the 2019 MAMA performance as well as the live performance of Mikrokosmos they posted for Festa last June.

(+ speaking of saving the planet, Dreamcatcher is having a comeback on the 12th with an album called “Apocalypse : Save Us” and an MV for the title track called Maison, asking the world to save our planet, our home! (maison is French for house/home, they’ve been wanting to talk about that matter for a while and now it’s finally coming! The teaser was released today and it looks EPIC!!)

I am so proud of these guys! I've never been a fan or followed other artists. BTS found me less than 4 months ago and I already know I will be ARMY forever. The amount of difficulties they've been through this year, and presenting this high quality performance... amazing! They deserve the world.

Jungkook falling from the sky in the beginning just one week after testing positive for Covid , and after one day of testing negative and one day to practice with the group lol doing this all the day after coming out of quarantine…. I’m baffled… Jhope had Covid like 3 weeks ago barely negative like a week and a half and jin sit out most of it bc he ripped tendons in his hand and had surgery but he still came out for the last part of the song like the legend he is… they’re unreal!!!

They should have gotten the Grammy for "Butter", it was a global hit. I'm waiting for the day Blackpink gets invited to the Grammys.

When i watched butter grammy live I was so excited and happy the whole live. I mean having the performance James bond themed was an excellent idea. They all nailed it even after jungkook and jhope just recovered and jin's injury they still did amazing. They all made us so proud of them. I'm sad they didn't get the grammy award but they will get one some day. I love all of them to pieces. 💜💜💜

It was out of this world! They only had 1 day to rehearse it as 7 due to JHope and Jungkook both having covid just days before, Jin had surgery on his finger so couldn't join in with the main dance routine but did join in at the end. The rehearsal the day before they messed it up 2 out of the 3 times so they really didn't know if they would get it right but they absolutely nailed it! Jhope fell over near the beginning as well and I bet you didn't even notice because he recovered so well!

They totally stole the show like you said! My favorite part was the card trick later on in the dance. When you said raise the volume I immediately went, "Yes Sir!" I was in a dark place for a time and that was when BTS came up randomly and it just changed my life. I watched it live! It was so good! And they're so professional. Jungkook and J-hope got over COVID days before, Jin had surgery on his finger, and J-hope even fell on the stage at the very beginning when they first started singing. He played it off so well that I didn't even noticed until the other day

You've said a couple of things that resonated with me about the experience of meeting BTS's art, and that's how good they make you feel! and that is healing! They ALMOST couldn’t perform as a whole group. They left J-Hope behind because he was finishing his quarantine, and then Jungkook was literally one day out of quarantine when they did this performance. J-Hope landed I think like the day before the Grammys. Jin was off to the side because he had finger surgery so he couldn’t be a part of the large dance scenes. But look what they did! It’s like the heavens opened up and said “BTS shall be 7 at the Grammys” and it all worked out. ARMY are still pretty burned though by the Grammys because BTS were only nominated for one award and didn’t win it, even though their performance and award was heavily advertised. But BTS just made a stop at the Grammys; their real reason for being in Las Vegas was to perform 4 sold out shows! The whole city is literally turning purple for them! Thank you for your reaction! The pure joy on your face is so amazing to watch, and I feel like it’s good for my mental health 💜

Yep grammy is only prestigious by name. Their event and dance stage is so subpar to mma, mama award shows. America is the richest country in the world but why do they cheap out on their concert, event shows... but when its for their military, they go all out 🤦🏾😂

I watched it live...in awe. My son called me on the phone (doesn't listen to BTS, but I'm working on him) to say, "Wow, they're amazing!" When Taehyung threw that card to Jungkook, that was real. No tricks. The jacket dance move , blew me away. On V Live after, they said it had a 60-40 chance of pulling it off. And 2 of them recovering Covid, and Jin with a finger injury. Everyone agrees they stole the Grammy's, even if they didn't get one.

I went yesterday for my first time to a BTS concert and it was incredible 🤯💜💜💜 I'm so glad to be a Army! Their live performance was amazing and the Army was so high energy 🤩🥰 it was amazing!!! So I go today too 😅😅😅

Dude I watched it live (at 5:30am at my place) and I can tell you my mouth was wide open during the entire performance like I was in a trance and forgot how to breathe , my goosebumps refused to settle down for a good 15 minutes after it was over 😍😲😱😵😍 . Though they didn't win the Scammy but they proved it again that it's the scammys that need BTS, not the other way around 😤 . They were the talk of the show, town, country and globe. Their IMPACT IS HUGE. They don't need no weird gramophone looking trophy given by white, racist, xenophobic men to tell them the worth of their works.😠 The community they've created is the living soulful example of their capabilities 💜 (Sorry not sorry for the rant) All in all ARMYS love BTS and are proud of them no matter what. We in this borahae bangtan sonyeondan shit for life. 💜

.....I watched it live and FREAKED out.....I could NOT believe they were so PERFECT with a brand new choreo WITH 2 PEOPLE SICK with Covid, 1 injured and no practice time !!!!!!! HOW??? These guys are MAGIC

I would say this was sn amazing performance, bts always amazing, each one of them perfectly awesome, i just love bts seven boys.

if bts did in US award shows the level of performance they do in Asian ones... like, this is 10% of their power and they EASILY won over the entire thing. imagine... the US would never recover haha one little thing i really like is that, since jin wasn't doing the choreo, in the part he's supposed to be in the center, they didn't change the formation, the center is empty. idk it's just cool to me how they don't change the formation when a member is missing

Yes, was waiting for this. Thank you. :) By the way: I watched it live in the middle of the night here in Germany (beginning of the Grammys 2 am). Was kind of dead the next day 'cause of almost no sleep but BTS' performance was worth it.

I think you squealed just like I did when Jungkook came down from the ceiling like Tom Cruise!! This performance was amazing and BTS never disappoint!
