Check out Ronnie's band before Black Sabbath called Rainbow. (awesome group). Best vocals would be on "Stargazer" and live version of "Mistreated" His voice is on a different level.

This is pretty much a 90's Power Metal hymn. Very uplifting song! Incredible Energy! *Dragonforce - Through the Fire and Flames* This is a MUST DO on a reaction channel such as yours. Unbelievable guitar performances, spot on vocals, high energy, full speed, power metal masterpiece. *Sabaton - Bismark* This song is about the battle of the Atlantic, and the sinking of the German Ship Bismark. Epic video! This is a Swedish metal band that only write songs about historical events, they even have a youtube channel dedicated to the history of the themes in their songs.

Dio spent several years in Blackmores Rainbow before joining Black Sabbath for several years. Then he moved on to a solo career.

Absol subbed. You care about music and aren’t just performing to an audience. I love this so much.

Dio loved opera when he was a child, and he gets his breathing technique and control from his two hours a day of trumpet lessons when he was a child

This song is probably the closest thing to an Ozzy Era song in the Dio years. His other stuff is way heavier and you should check them out. Die Young, Falling off the Edge of the World, Computer God, I, there are a ton.

The Moment Ronnie James Dio joins a band, that band completely changes and becomes a Dio band. He’s probably the best metal singer of that era. Don’t forget to listen to his own band called DIO.
