This is my favourite track on the EP.

Angelina Jordan was the primary writer, but she had some of the best writers in the world helping her with her songs. In a live chat, she replied to Andy Schnell that she had over 100 songs, and she picked five to go into this EP! That’s so great that we have a huge amount of new Angelina Jordan songs coming soon! ❤️

Dont worry, Oueen did overload in there videos. On stage they hade some people who made it❤ So when Angelina go on stage she will have background singer.. My favorite on the Ep is diamonds. Angelina have nearly always make videos in black and white. Her first on the Ep, love dont let me go was in black and white. Also her first studiorecording "I put a spell on you" when she was nine. all original i cant decide which is the best song. the whole ep is such a masterpiece and so well written by her i can only say she is outstanding and by far the best singer of this decade and diamond is an even bigger surprise I have never experienced in my whole life that an EP only contains number 1 songs, each of the 6 songs is a hit and worthy of a Grammy, I hope that Republic Records will finally start the promo engine and it will be played on radio and TV, only KZread is not enough. The crazy thing is that she said that the EP with 6 songs is a small selection of over 100 songs that she has already written, which gives hope for the future that we will be surprised with even more beautiful songs

QoFy congrats on exceeding 105k subscribers, well done and well deserved. While we can tell with many vocalists, they strain to reach certain notes. Angelina always appears totally relaxed and singing is as easy as breathing for her.

She said live that she's written over a100 songs. Republic has put her with a stellar writting team. This looks like a long term investment in teaching how to take her great writting and turn that into hits. We know that's a different skill. We also know Angelina is a musical sponge. So she will learn quickly. More surprisingly she also has a production credit on this. Republic is sending her to school. I think we can expect she's going to come out of this a hit making machine....she's got 100 songs in the bank.

You make a good point. These great tracks take advantage of studio production. How she converts it to a live performance. But no doubt it will be white hot. Angelina is a stellar live performer.

Great to see and hear you again. Nice review! As to my favourite on the EP? Well, there’s 5 that keeps on moving up and down the list, but the top one has, so far, stayed constant: “Diamond”. It’s a great finale on the EP and always put me in such a good mood! All songs are different, and she really shows feelings and techniques like no other. Stunning.

she has recorded covers of hundreds off superproduced stuff with just a mic. folks were all:"how will she sound doing her own stuff?" now that she makes produced stuff, folks go: "wonder what she will sound like live." not like the album, but close, is my guess...

You got it backwards bro. She has always been comfortable in her lower register. Go listen to her sing How Great Thou Art and you will see what I'm talking about

"Overlay?" That's why we have multitrack recording! Sometimes the singer wants to let a rif or a phrase ring out and there's a slight overlap between phrases and vocal parts.

yes. not sure why you need to use exclamation as though you’re screaming at me haha. I’m a multitrack musician myself and I understand how it works

You are hearing the sound engineers using reverb to add extended brightness to the sound.

Sorry, but have you heard 9 yr. old AJ sing, "I Put A Spell on You?" Angelina is known for her wide vocal range...Listen to more, is my suggestion. You'll enjoy it.
