LBJ is NOT coachable at all not in the least. He plays no defense. And not one coach has corrected that, I don't think he is receptive to being coached. He blames everyone around him drops his head and throws his arms in the air. Why he feels he needs to play the 1 or 2 position is beyond me. The Lakers are better without LBJ or when he's on the bench.

Jordan took an inexperienced coach with an inexperience staff to the finals six times and they won all of them. The same with his teammates. Lebron doesn’t want to compete. He is always seeking the easy road.
