I don't understand when he's talking about adjusting the lead of the shears. He says 5 to 7 mils? What is that in inches?

1 inch = 2,54 centimeters so 5 millimeters is about 0,2 inches

All these videos do well with showing the "blows" but don't show what the actual method is to holding the handpiece, position of the comb relative to the sheep, etc. and making the initial "cut".
