EXO’s concept is that they are aliens with superpowers. Kai’s power is teleportation, which is why he was jumping all over the place. Baekhyun can generate light, so I find interesting that the Bambi video is so dark. D.O.’s power is earth/power (he’s really strong). Don’t ask me to place any of these videos in the EXO timeline though, I can’t keep track 😅

No all have solo albums. Chanyeol, Xiumin and Sehun don't. But Chanyeol sing most of the song for the ost of his movie "The box". They do have solo songs. Chen has 2 mini albums, kai and suho have 1 each and BaekHyun has 3.

The Trinity of EXO is Baekhyun, D.O., Chen, the 3 main vocalists. D.O. is an award winning actor, your gut feeling is correct. D.O. wrote 'Rose' and other tracks on his Empathy album, the entire album is Acoustic Guitar. You'd love it, he sang in English and Spanish. You should also react/listen to D.O. “Si Fueras Mía” it's eargasmic. Baekhyun solo was out the box and we loved every sensual moment, great goodbye present for us. Kai is just Kai, Incubus... The Devil, just say your prayers before you watch him to live. That open chest got you Yetti... Hahahahahaaa. EXO is basically Solo Artists in one group... Every member is multi-talented, trained to perfection.

The key to understanding Bambi, is to know that Baekhyun is the master of his own duality. He wants to show that you can be sexy, and that it doesn't mean you can't be cute or soft also (hence these lyrics in a sultry song). His personality is very much along these lines too. It is the same way that he can be the goofy guy you saw on Knowing Bros, but is also a very serious singer, artist, and Leader (SuperM). He puts a lot of thought into everything he does and knows that everything has its time and place.

D.O's song and MV is just him, whatever vibe you are getting, the music, the minimalistic yet talented person, the sweetest and comforting vibes, thats D.O. We have the most talented and powerhouse vocals of the whole kpop in this group of 9 people and the trio Chen, Baekhyun, D.O, I cant even put their vocals in words.

D.O. means a "royal simplicity" Let me tell u, he is known as " Master of runs and riffs" and "Rnb King" of whole k-pop industry. Vocal coaches say that they have never heard such a precision and ease of his RNB runs in whole k-pop . He is also only member who slays songs in foreign language , Listen to his eng version of " Rose" and Spanish version of his b-side "It's Love" i.e "Si Fueras Mia". He inshort is LEGEND ❤️❤️

Yes D.O is an actor. One of the best idol actors out there praised by Directors and fellow professional actors.

Kai can sing yes yes. You may check Film Kai to hear more about his vocal

Kai is actually know to be more of a dancer/vocal position than a rapper although he can clearly do both very well! ☺️

Kai, stage persona is truly a dangerous being. His dancing. His facial expressions. And if we are being honest, his HOTness. But when he is Jongin, his off stage persona (and his real name) then he is just this adorkable teddy bear that you can't help but love and want to protect. His duality is fascinating and amazing which is why he is my 2nd favorite EXO member. Nobody comes close to my ultimate bias D.O... A lot of things from Kai's MV have to do with EXO's story line and unless you truly plan on delving fully into the whole EXO are aliens from EXOPLANET storyline then you will understand a bit better. Just know each member has a power and Kai's is Teleportation. So much more could be explained about this MV but way too much to throw out at you.

actually D.O. is a simple person He always likes things to be simple. That's why his songs are mostly like this, chill vibes with acoustic background. It's a good thing, he's being authentic and does what he likes. He doesn't try hard, just makes music that makes him happy.

D.O. is an actor! it's wild that you were able to pick that up from his music video. He's been in a bunch of movies and dramas and he has many acting awards :D

Baekhyun is that dangerous yess. He debuted with Un village which has that sexy, chill vibes. Also R&B Candy is more summer and dance vibes. Get you alone -japan title track is also amazing. Bambi is that masterpiece! Next react pls to his other solo stuff

D.O is REALLY an actor, he as the main character on several shows, like "100 days my prince", "It's Okay, That's Love" and movies like "Swingkids". Btw, he also won about 19 awards like best new actor, best new idol actor, popularity award and others on importants Korean award ceremonies. He is sooo talented

When you said, "Kai has an effect on me. He's just that guy." I said out loud, "You and me both". I've always appreciated Kai but with his solo work he became my #1 bias wrecker. He challenges all my biases. Reassurance-we are not alone. One of my favorite EXO songs is Ko Ko Bop. I think you'd enjoy the vibe of that song.

Yeap, he has that same effect on women and men. He has that effect on me as well. Although, all I could think of about in his video was those velvet red pants, that shiny silver cap and the line when he sings "destroy me if you want". Boy, it would be you who destroys me. And I do have to say, that I volunteer for that.

Baekhyun is also an actor and was in famous drama - Moon Lovers - Scarlet Heart Ryeo. He won rookie actor award for this too. Btw he soon wants to act again and wants to try action films which I also think will suit him. (He has black belt in hapkido by the way and won medals). Genius idol is his famous nickname cause he can do everything!

D.O IS an actor! Do Kyung-soo probably has a separate room at home just for his acting awards. Fun fact: he plays a role in the excellent movie trilogy “Along With The Gods”. They could have killed the character off, but the producers decided to delay filming of the third movie until he was done with his mandatory military service instead. They will start filming soon..

Honestly if you love that Kai mv, I would not doubt you too also like *Kai:Film* . It's like a mini mv/clips medley for his solo album. He prepared a lot for his solo debut. Should check it out 100%

The last part in Kai's MV is the super power symbol of D.O. and Xiumin. They just got out of the military that time. It's symbolizing their return in the entertainment world. Kai's power is teleportation, thus in this MV.

Fun fact: Baekhyun's 4th solo album and title track is called "Bambi" for multiple reasons. One reason is because one of Baekhyun's nicknames he has been given by some of his fans is Bambi. Fans say he looks cute like a doe-eyed deer. This album is meant to be a gift for fans because he was about to enlisting in the military and he wanted to give us something to keep us company while he is away for 18 months serving his country. However, the song is more about the fact that Bambi refers to "night rain" as you see he talks about in the lyrics -- it's a play on words in Korean, Bam as in night and bi as in rain. And in English, Bambi refers to a woman with long legs -- and that is where the name for the Disney character comes from -- which is also the nickname of the character/woman Baekhyun is talking about in the song. :D However, the song has very little, if anything, to do with the Disney movie -- the cute little deer with the same name, isn't really even connected to the song. (In western pop culture the name Bambi is given to female characters in novels and movies because it is used as a metaphor for her sexual appeal and appearance. That is why Disney chose that name for the deer in their story because it was a play on the fact that Bambi has long legs and big doe-eyes like a voluptuous woman. :D So Baekhyun is not talking about a deer in the song, he is using it as a nickname for the woman he is singing about.) Baekhyun's EXO superpower is the ability to control light. So, what you see happening in the tunnel isn't supposed to be fireworks, but it's supposed to be the explosion of light bulbs, etc. because his passion -- as manifested through his epic high note -- makes him lose control of his powers, etc. I think Tinkerbell in the lyrics is supposed to be a reference to the fact that she is a little fairy that is often represented by the twinkle of light, which is also a metaphor for how he sees the woman he is singing about. Like a fairy, the woman lights up his life. Which, if you want to connect it to EXO's storyline, also could be a reference to the heart of the Tree of Life. The woman in EXO's songs is often thought to be a metaphor and physical representation of the Tree of Life. That is why the members are always trying to save the girl or protect her, or they talk about being controlled by the power of the woman or they are worried about their passion destroying her, etc. It's EXO's job to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Force. EXO was sent to Earth on a mission to finding the two halves of the tree and reuniting them in order to restore peace in the world. The two halves of the tree -- EXO-K (Korean) represents one half and EXO-M (Mandarin Chinese) represents the other half -- were originally separated in order to keep the Red Force from gaining control. However, now, in order to fix all the things that are going wrong in the world, EXO needs to defeat the Red Force and find where the two halves of the tree have been hidden. On a side note: I think aespa may have been the ones that were made the guardians of the Tree of Life once it was separated, and so, EXO are ultimately on a quest to find aespa in order to figure out where they have hid the tree. We see what looks like could be the Tree of Life in aespa's "Next Level" MV, and I think that could be what the Black Mamba is searching for in aespa's story as part of SM's Culture Universe. I also have a feeling that the train theme is somehow connected to SuperM's/EXO's storyline, however, I am not sure how yet. All I know is that, we see SuperM in a subway train in their "100" MV, we see aespa also in a subway train in their debut MV "Black Mamba" and we see SHINee in an old train station in their recent comeback in their "Don't Call Me" MV. We even see Kai on train tracks and people on a subway train platform in Kai's "Film: Kai" solo debut teaser video during his "Amnesia" section of the video as it transitions to "Mmmh." And if we go back even further, you see EXO on train tracks in their "Love Me Right" MV and EXO-CBX (which Baekhyun is also a member of) on train tracks in their "Horololo" MV, etc. And because Baekhyun is the leader of SuperM and a member of EXO -- one of the 3/4 main vocalists of EXO, who is known for his high notes, like you have heard in SuperM -- that usually means it's connected to SM's Universe. As you are starting to discover, the majority of SM's groups have concepts and storylines that connect together to create one giant story, and it all starts with EXO. The reason why you are confused is because you're new to EXO, and SM in general, and you haven't had enough time to really get into EXO's storyline or understand how SM's Universe works. If you really want to start to understand all the different aspects of what SM's songs and MVs mean, you need to start from the very beginning, and watch both the EXO-K and EXO-M versions of EXO's debut "Mama" MVs. Because absolutely everything EXO and SM does is connected and it all began with the creation of EXO. Baekhyun isn't even considered part of the dance line in EXO, and when he first debuted he was considered one of the least skilled at dance. However, as you can see, he has now become one of the members who is known for his dancing as well has his vocals.

@@Yetti. All of the EXO members first solo songs have something to do with the fact that they are members of EXO, and their MVs and songs show them using their EXO superpowers. D.O. is one of the 3 main vocalists of the group, who is known for his R&B vocals, and his superpower is force which harnesses the power of earth (dirt) to create his power. So in "Rose" you see the things exploding because he is using his power of force. (D.O. is one of the top actors in Korea and he has won dozens of awards for his acting.) Baekhyun's debut solo album City Lights and his song "UN Village" talks about his power to control light, Suho's debut solo "Let's Love" MV shows him with his power to control water, and Kai teleports all over in his "Mmmh" MV. As the first EXO member to have a solo career, the majority of Lay's solo MVs tie into EXO's storyline as well. Even in their solo work, everything EXO does is connected to their concept and storyline as members of EXO.

I feel like you're not ready for all the masterpieces of EXO, and also for the whole amazing world of EXO and all the members' talents and skills! All EXO members are aces, so they all can sing, rap, dance, act, and model. Some are more known in some positions/fields, but they're basically all-round artists. EXO's (as members and as a group) artistry and versatility are like no other's. But, at the same time, they are very much true to themselves. D.O made an album that we, EXO-Ls (EXO's fandom name), know that is just *so him* , because D.O is a very simple and shy guy, and the same goes for Kai & Baekhyun. Because EXO members made albums not to just "please" people so they can sell more copies of album. They always made albums to not only express themselves as artists (/persons), but also to give joys to their fans, and to "repay" all the love that they've got from their fans, but still do it in their own ways. So you will never see EXO members as "people-pleasing" type of people, cuz despite their success and fame and legendary status, they are some of the most genuine, humble, hard-working, and true-to-themselves artists you will ever know. I think you should start by reacting to their guides (EXO's & each member's) by Cesar Oh. And also, obviously, react to more EXO's MVs so you can understand their artistry more. Cuz EXO is the most versatile (male kpop) group, imo, and it would be interesting to see their different music styles and concepts. And then, if you can, start reacting to their live performances, especially for their B-side tracks. Kai is exceptionally sexy and intense on stage and in MV's, but he is the exact opposite in real life. He is softest out of all the members. Boy will literally start crying at anything and he is so sentimental. Such a cutie pie, and he is fairly shy too, although he has really come into his own as a reality/variety show star! The reason he keeps appearing and disappearing is because he is referencing his EXO superpower which is teleportation. The boys have all really embraced their superpower concept as they have gotten older, it's so freaking cute!

Why D.O. acted so we'll in "Rose", cos he is a great actor in Korea, He got lots of awards EXO Main Vocal (Holly Trinity) : CHEN, BAEKHYUN, D.O. But all can sing very well. Even the rapper can be the vocalist. Xiumin, Suho : vocalist Chanyeol : Main rapper Lay, Kai, Sehun : Main dancer rapper/vocalist Please check all solo albums and projects. DO is one of EXO’s main vocalist. He is known for his rnb and soulful voice. He definitely conveys the emotions when he sings. You can check his whole album and single That’s Okay to know more. And yes he is also a great actor in South Korea. I thought his debut album will be rnb but as you mentioned this is a piece of him. He showed what type of music he wants, his album is laid-back and majorly acoustic. Btw, he wrote the Korean lyrics of Rose, this has an English version also.

Yeah. D.O. really broke that stereotype kind of Kpop things. I love him. He's so simple! Piano, guitar and vocals and everything is perfect. No need to complicate things 😁 In his album emphaty, He has a spanish song Si fueras mia. Check that out. And he also has Rose English version. To know him better watch Cesar Oh guide. Thank you.

All three of these solo songs are such a perfect fit for each of them. As you get to know each of the members you will see how they chose these songs very well in order to express which of their many sides they wanted to express. Kyungsoo (D.O.) is indeed a bit more shy and reserved and you are correct, he is an incredibly gifted actor. He's one of the best actors to ever start their career in the music industry. He really blows me away. But he does love what is simple, honest and sincere and he goes to the heart.

Next Un village by Baekhyun pls! Also All I got and Cry for love from Bambi album is something else. Personally I think he is the best soloist and vocalist. The most complete vocalist indeed who sings every genre. His every album is masterpiece, so besides City lights, Delight and Bambi albums check also BAEKHYUN- Japan album which is also R&B high level album.

Your reaction to Kai's MV was literally me gurl! I didn't know what to feel coz it was so good coz he showed that he was the overall package in terms of visuals, dance and vocals.. basically Kai is ART. P.S As for the Kai MV it is basically about EXO's worldview concept where they have superpowers. The MVs are very complex. The best way I can describe it is like watching the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies not in the right order.

DO definitely has a more relaxed, shy, understated personality. Although he also has his moments of being so funny/endearing Baekhyun’s last comeback “Candy” ,before Bambi, is more a long the lines of what you probably expected from him. EXO’s rappers are Chanyeol and Sehun EXO’s debut concept is that they are from their own planet and each member has a special power . They still make references in EXO group and solo MVs. Kai’s is teleportation thats why he was appearing and disappearing. Kai’s is probably one of , if not, SM’s/EXO’s most expensive solo debut ever .

Yes, Kai's debut was obv the most expensive. But Kai put A LOT of thought and effort into his whole solo debut; I hope fans watch the behind the scenes of his mv and Film to understand it wasn't just SM throwing money at this project. It was all based on Kai's vision which he had obviously spent the entirety of 2020 planning for; each outfit, set & scenery, and choreo was meticulously thought out. Although its great SM let Kai really express his artistry and gave him free rein with his debut.

D.O is an actor, Baekhyun is also an actor, and Kai is also an actor. EXO is a place for singers as well as actors. They are very talented.

These 3 songs in that order is the definition of "That escalated quickly" 😆 I also feel the same every time I see Kai, it is not just you don't worry lol. Yes EXO story line is deep and complicated so it would makes sense it would be confusing. All of EXO have superpowers so you will see a lot of that represented in the videos. KAI teleporting all over the place, the light exploding because of Baekhyun has the power light, etc. The end of Kai video you see the the symbols for Xiumin and D.O. frost and force because they were about to come back from the military at that time so everyone was super excited when they saw it. EXO has a song called Peter Pan and Baekhyun makes nods to that song with the Tinkerbell, Neverland, etc. BAM BI in Korean means Night Rain the dark rainy scenes and the dripping on us parts are a play on that. Baekhyun is the genius idol of kpop if you want a proof search it on google! Basically EXO is one of the biggest KPop group. They debuted back in 2012. Every members has their on powers (that's their concept). Back in 2017 they gain the title of KING OF KPOP. There's so many to tell about EXO but it will take for me to type the whole day!!

The ending of Kais MV is tied to EXO´s greater storyline: they are aliens and have superpowers, Kai has the power of teleportation, as seen in his MV. Mmmh came out right before Xiumin and D.O. came back from the Military and what you see there are their superpowers: earth/strength => D.O. and frost => Xiumin. We EXO-Ls freaked out about that^^

Remember when Baekhyun released a laid back track like “UN Village”. I think D.O did the same with this album. And there is Kai saying “ why do u need to lay back for”with Mmmh. I love them so much. I love to hear more from the other members too.

EXO is legendary in Kpop although they're not as known in the US cuz they don't really do any promotional activities outside of Asia nowadays. They're known as "The Nation's Pick" in Korea and, more importantly, as "The Vocal Kings of Kpop"!!! The whole group are great singers, even the main rapper (Chanyeol) sings beautifully. They have 3 main vocalists, Chen (one of the few vocalists in kpop with highest vocal range), Baekhyun (a vocalist with amazing singing technique, often in charge of the high notes in EXO songs with Chen), and D.O. (known as The R&B King for his voice and agile runs). They're the only group with most members being successful in the 3 big industries: Music, Acting (Movie, TV, & musical theatre), and Fashion/Beauty. BAMBI is Baekhyun's best album yet. ❤️ Baekhyun was able to perfect his voice.

To understand what is happening in Kai's "Mmmh" MV, you have to first understand EXO's concept. Each new MV or project from EXO tells another part of the story, and over the years, we fans have started to create a timeline and idea of what we think each part of the story is telling us. Kai's EXO superpower is teleportation, so what you see throughout his "Mmmh" MV is him teleporting. And, I think, at the very end scene what you are seeing is SM connecting Kai's solo storyline to EXO's storyline. You see D.O.'s power of earth (dirt) which gives him super strength/force and Xiumin's power to control snow/ice/frost being used. You also see what I think is the emergence of a pyramid, which represents Kai and his superpower -- as part of EXOs storyline, all the members have a symbol that represents them. A pyramid is Kai's symbol and when you see a pyramid within EXO's storyline it represents something to do with Kai I also find it interesting that Xiumin returned from the military about a month before this MV was released, and D.O. just returned from the military shortly after its release, so the end scene in "Mmmh" may be SM's way of connecting the events of this MV to D.O. and Xiumin's upcoming solo work as well. If you analyse all the scenes within Kai's MV you would find connections can be made to EXO's storyline and things to do with past EXO MVs and probably even future MVs, as well as SuperM's storyline. As I think you know, SuperM's concept is that they are "The Avengers of Kpop," and the members are supposed to be superhero-like characters who are coming together to form an Avengers-like group to help EXO defeat the evil Red Force. And, like the majority of SM's groups, all of their storylines and concepts intertwin and connect. For example, in SuperM's "One (Monster & Infinity)" MV, you see Kai being chased by or being aided by drones as he tried to scale a building, in his attempt to stop the Red Force. So, I think the scene in "Mmmh," where you see him looking at the drones hovering around him, has something to do with connections between Kai's solo storyline and SuperM/EXO's MVs. Also, Kai means opening as in a door or gateway, so as a member of EXO, Kim Jongin (Kai) was given the stage name Kai because, as the center of the group, he is supposed to be the member who connects everyone together and that is why he was given the ability to teleport. Plus, as part of EXO's storyline, it is thought that the members are traveling between dimensions and time periods throughout history in their quest to find the Tree of Life and to fix all the evil and corruption that is thought to be caused by the Red Force. So, it is thought that what you see in Kai's MV is him traveling between dimensions and across time periods in his search for the other members and the Tree of Life, etc. That is why you see him in so many different locations and scenes in this MV. There is also a fan theory that the reason why we see Kai with so many different looks and styles in these scenes is because it's not always Kai that we are seeing. Another part of EXO's storyline is that some of the members have evil alter ego clones that have been created by the Red Force. (As you saw introduced in EXO's "Obsession" MV.) So, some theories think that sometimes we are seeing Kai's evil X-EXO clone and other times we are seeing superhero, good EXO Kai. Unfortunately, to make it even more difficult to understand, each part of the story is not necessarily in chronological order. So, we fans have to become detectives and analyze every aspect of everything any of the members of EXO/SuperM are involved in to try and piece it all together and figure out where each part fits within their larger storyline. And the story isn't just limited to their MVs, but it extends to everything EXO is involved in, including teaser videos, live performances, concert VCRs (videos played between sets in their concerts) and even a majority of their choreography. As you can see, EXO's and SM Entertainment's universe is extremely complicated and complex, and even the most expert of fans, has trouble following the storyline. The thing is, none of us really know exactly what is happening in the story, it's all just fan theories and educated guesses. SM has never confirmed or denied any of our theories and they have left it completely up to fans to figure out what is happening and to create the story. And oftentimes, because the story is not in order, we discover that, with the introduction of a new MV or performance, everything we thought to be true has been turned on its head and we now have to rethink everything. (We only hope that someday SM will release the book or produce a movie that will explain the whole story, so we will know whether any part of our theories were correct.) If you like Kai's dancing you have to check out his dance practice video for "Mmmh." You are going to be even more blown away when you see the full choreography. There is a reason why Kai is considered one of the BEST dancers in the industry. ;P Kai is the main dancer of EXO and he is literally one of the top two best dancers in the industry. And that's not just a fan's opinion, but it's a title given to him by his peers and the the industry as a whole. (Taemin from SHINee -- who happens to be Kai's best friend since trainee days, and is a fellow member of SuperM -- is the other top dancer.) There is literally no one better when it comes to dance than Kai and Taemin. Kai is a fashion icon and he is highly sought after by some of he biggest names and brands in fashion to be their model and brand ambassador, etc. He is also considered one of the sexiest Kpop idols, and he is known for his super sexy onstage personality. However, just like Taemin, when not on stage Kai is the complete opposite of what you see here. He is actually kind of shy and innocent and he blushes when you compliment him for his looks or his performance. Of course Kai can sing, he is a member of SM Entertainment after all. That is why SM is known as the vocal powerhouse of the industry because all of their artists receive hyper intense training as vocalists, even SM's rappers. Not only is Kai the main dancer of EXO, but he is a lead vocalist and sub-rapper. He can do it all. All of SM's idols are amazing singers, some just don't get as much chance to showcase it as others. That is why Kai's solo debut was so highly anticipated because we were all waiting for him to be given the opportunity to highlight his vocal skills. He spent more than a year preparing his self-titled debut solo album, and he participated in the writing and composing of all of the songs on his debut album. While promoting with EXO and SuperM, interviewers kept trying to get a sneak preview of Kai's solo album, but he wouldn't even give us a hint. That's why the industry went wild when it was finally released, because everyone couldn't wait to hear what it would be like.

Yes, DO is well known "idol-actor" a well recognized actor. He is in a lot of movies.

I am 40th but kai didn't give me that effect 😅😅 it just because i am not into dance and sexiness.. but i love his voice Baekhyun is a very smooth RnB with his vocal technique and he called by general public as a genius idol.. i love all his song But my style of Solo member is D.O. he is my ult bias in the whole kpop industry.. his vocal tone is rarely you found in kpop, if i can say his voice is like a hot chocolate that gives you warmth.. Suho and Chen solo album are very beautiful too.. you should check them out. Suho with his soft voice is a musical actor too. And chen who has the best singing technique in EXO (for me) and has the widest range of vocal in EXO will blow up your mind.. And Lay, a main dancer and a lead vocalist of EXO that released the 1st solo album before the other member is very talented, he wrote, composed and produced his own songs and coreographed his dance too.. Chanyeol the main rapper have a very deep vocal tone but give you warm when he sings.. his singing is so good. He is my 2nd favourite vocal tone in EXO after D.O. He also very multitalented, excell in many musical instrument, wrote, compose and produced his song too.. Sehun, a main rapper and a main dancer that has a honey like voice.. he sing beautifully too Xiumin the ace and all rounded position in EXO has a very soft voice but can reach the highest note in EXO. And now he also prepared his solo album.. each EXO members has a very different, unique and strong character of vocal but they blended and harmonized perfectly in group song, and shine on their own solo.. but all of them are so talented. Thats why i stan them and didn't regret it..

Every EXO soloist will give you different flavors of music, KAI and Baekhyun's recent albums are of R&B and DO's more of acoustic / folk pop / reggae ish. Suho is more of alternative soft rock, Chen is more of pop ballads, and Lay is more pop rnb.

In the Rose MV, it was rubbish but he's so in love that everything looks great to him. We see rubbish, but he saw confetti, we see exploding lights, he saw fireworks, and so on.
