I almost picked up an p226 xfive legion, but, I couldn’t help grab a Bul Armory SAS II tac 5 w/ Holosun 508 bundle instead when I saw them in stock on the Bul USA site last week. I may still get the Sig though.

Kinda wished you worked on the 226 at the range to confirm and not at home while letting David try it out too. Good that you can learn from his competition experience while you can get him some more blood pumping training stages lol

Nice shooting as usual Rob! how far are those targets? Also when you have a moment I been looking at your old vid where you replaced your firing pin / springs in your Prodigy. how is that working? yesterday my episode pretty much ruined due to multiple light primer strikes (AAC) ammo and then my optic came loose for the 6th time. going to call to get new screws still running those ones I had to trim. ruff day yesterday. thanks bro.

The target distances varied throughout the different courses of fire. I don't recall off hand but I know David and I mentioned it before each drill. I wanna say the longest shot was about 25yards. My Prodigy has been running flawlessly for a min now. Way before I was having light primer strike but I swapped out the firing pin for an extended joint from Atlas. That along with a spring and she's a BEAST! No light primer strikes. #RobbArmstrong

So what is that holster? I can't seem to find it on the website, did you put the legion coin yourself or was it bought that way? I have a p226 legion SAO but i put a sports lever takedown so that holster is perfect

The holster I’m running is a SafariLand joint. I customized my holster and added the Challenge Coin from my previous P226 Legion. #RobbArmstrong

If you don't mind me asking, what holster is that for X5? I just purchased one and get it this week. I'm in 3 gun and need holster, going from custom walther 5" PDP so really anxious on how X5 shoots over Walther.

I’m running a Safari Land holster for a P320. The X5 fits but does not get retention. IMO, for shooting *matches the PDP will CRUSH the X5 Legion… #RobbArmstrong

Hey Robb, cool video, thanks for that! Question: does the RMR footprint for Holosun require different screws or you've used the ones in the box? Another question: does the HS 507 Comp fit the whole optic cut or is there some open space in front or behind the optic? (i.e. any worries about not having RMR lugs?)

What’s going on Brother. All those questions are answered in another Video. I used no original parts and picked up an optic plate mounting system. I have a bunch of Guns with optics and no additional mounting *lugs. Never had an issue with them. The screws *should work. I used a completely different set and a plate kit from CH Precision. #RobbArmstrong

@robbarmstrong8702 I ran a tap in holes in slide to size the predrilled outside holes and they are 6/40 and holosun provides 6/32 screws.

I being thinking about buying this gun, but 2200$ plus a 400$ Red dot plus a 300$ light and you still missing a 25 yard steel plate and I’m pretty sure is the gun not you . I think there’s better options like the beretta 92x performance or Cz’s for less money.
