It's 1am eastern time October 3rd. I pre ordered standard edition, installed the game and I have EA play and no 10 hour free trial seems available. Is it normal. How do I know if I have it or not. Is it just by starting up the game because that tells me I have to wait until the 6th.

I'd disagree, I think you're better off doing the mega players and selling everyone that isn't an NHL player - then buying the NHL players you need You should average atleast 15 per mega players pack

Watch your player heights. EA seems to shrunk some guys. Players that are 6'1-6'2 in real life are 5'10 in game.
