Hey Sleeves, here’s to another great season of HUT. I’m F2P except I did get the X factor edition. With that said I’ve found success in doing the Team Builder sets. As I build for my 89 Jokinnen (he was the GOAT in 22) I’m using all the 84 team builders in my lineup along with maxed out XF Larkin, Carlson, and 86 XF MacKinnon and 84 XF Poulin (she’s actually really good and does not get knocked off the puck easily). Mix in an 82 Hall and the TB on d and I’m 5-1 in rivals and playing great. Thinking of doing the same as I build 89 TB Murphy. You have a balanced lineup that stacks well against most teams and the long play will set me up quite nice.

I agree, my absolute biggest complaint about hitting is unless you scott stevens some poor sucker in center ice it doesnt register, so annoying

I just started getting into hockey by playing nhl21 on Gamepass. Then nhl22. I fell in love. Learned the rules. Learned how to play. Took many many L's online. Still do. I'm an old school gamer who has not played any Ultimate Team for any sports game. With all this being said I absolutely LOVE this game and am addicted to Ultimate Team. It's great. I love that I feel like I'm rewarded for just playing. I dont feel at all pressured to spend money like some sports games. Absolutely best sports game on the Next Gen market hands down. If you're on the fence buy it

You saved my life with that low shot for rebound on the final xfactor challenge. Couldn’t of done it with out you. That alone makes this video deserve a like!

I've used the xfactor paternak while he's on the ice it feels like his agility is alot higher than what it shows on the card

I have just started my own team and haven't played a couple of years. It is so hard to score in this game 😂 and I don't understand how to tackle. I just try to push R and nothing happens. And almost every time I want to do slap shot one timer it gets wrist shot instead. But I still enjoy this game and building my team.

I made a promise to watch this while watching live. So I am here!

When do the seasonal collectibles end and switch to new ones?

Hey Sleeves, any advice for getting these hitting objectives in challenges. 12 hits in 3 1 minute period is looking crazy to me rn, but its for a power up collectible

I haven't noticed a problem with Pasta's maneuverability, maybe it was just a typo?

I have 85 pasta 88 Friday and havent noticed the agility yet

shoot far side low, look for the rebound, 60% of the time it works all the time!

Does NHL 23 handicap your team if your overall is much higher than someone else's team? I don't see how someone with 83 players are keeping up with my 92 speed skaters.

Hey all, Total HUT newbie here and it seems like this viewer base knows their shit, so I'm hoping someone here can help me with something. I've watched 3 or 4 videos like this in the last couple days (all by Sleeveless) and in one he talked about the single player challenges, and said something about how they're easy cause you "can play on rookie" - but I scoured every screen I could find and can't find any difficulty controls anywhere in HUT except for at the start of Squad Battles. Is there one there that I'm missing? Cause mine are stuck on Semi-Pro, which is fine even for my noobiness when I'm playing real periods, but to try and fit those goals into a minute at a time, going down to rookie would make things a lot more doable.

Silver and bronze goalies have 2-3 synergies so dont trade them in the upgrade set put them as your backup

I got a Steven stamkos for my X factor card

I’ve been a FUT player for a few years and know that like that back of my hand. Needed a break because the community is so toxic. Not sure how HUT is but just started it the other day. FUT has SBC’s which is like Sets in HUT but it’s confusing comparing to FIFA. Doesn’t help I haven’t watched hocked much since Kovalchuk was playing. I’m from Pittsburgh tho so follow the Pens but don’t know who’s good in the world of hockey these days.

What is the best way to get USA women on a hut team for free or low cost ?

i got about 14 tradable 85 ovr cards (bout 9k spent per ) how much might they go up when the game drops?

I have an idea that nhl should do for x-factor edition pre order buyers. Have a special pack with the top two players from each team and you get to choose your favourite player and it automatically gets upgraded throughout the year for free and they would be special edition non tradable cards. I feel like that would be pretty sick
