I have a feeling that Anthony Starr is in fact voicing Homelander, since it’s being heavily teased here. He may have been under an NDA or simply wanted to tease everybody that he was not voicing the character as to surprise us later. The only other possible reason why they would hide his voice is to not disappoint people that it’s not Anthony Starr, but a sound-alike. They did this with the Terminator back in MK11 where it looked like Arnold, but it was voiced by a sound-alike.
