The nation’s first Taco Bell Defy has opened in Brooklyn Park, putting to the test a brand new drive-through concept. Customers order with their smart phone and enter one of four drive-through lanes. The food order is then funneled from above through a vertical lift system. “People have said ‘raining tacos from heaven,’” described Jarret Persons, regional manager with Border Foods.
