What is the chance to get some smaller housing options in Tampa, Tampa. We are retirees soon, plan to move back to Tampa from other state. I do own a rental home in New Tampa area. Thanks.

Great videos and awesome homes, hut sadly out of our range, unless you rich buyibg a home after 2021 is impossible for normal income people. I guess we just gitta keep saving money until we have for a 40% down payment.

Truly all depends on debt to income, but i hear you. Its tougher these days. That being said they have homes in the mid to high $300ks as well.

needs 8 ft interior doors.

Adam I love homes by WESTBAY but there is one thing that totally turn me off. Which is that they do not let me have a stove. We need a stove with a gas oven because gas is better for meats and the electric wall ovens are great for baking. I do not understand why they won't let you have a stove? I'm talking about the Key Largo or Gasparilla models. Any thoughts?

Thanks I would even buy it outside but they don't do that. Is the counter one piece? Is that why they only use cooktops? That is what I was thinking.

Alot of variables go into that answer. I would suggest starting with things that are important to be near as well as the lifestyle you are searching for. Then you can narrow things down by budget. I personally love the riverwalk area. But that doesnt always match everyones lifestyle or budget. You could also check out the westshore area south of the airport. Both are central locations for starters

You cant have my details they are private all I wanted to do was look at your Homes and Prices , That way if I’m interested i will arrange a viewing…. I appreciate the comment. Unfortunately thats not available to share otherwise i would happily share it. New home builders have a hard time updating inventory because it changes weekly. They also dont put them all on the mls where i can share a live feed. We do get the update weekly emailed to us, which is why we ask to reach out and we can help narrow your search and send you homes you may be interest in. Its not a bait in switch scenario, its us trying to be the best resource we can be with information available to us.

@@TampaFloridaLiving I have just bought 5 Homes and a further 2 are in the process of a offer , I’m looking for a portfolio of 20 homes to rent to families, Not once out of the all the houses i have looked at, on all the Websites have i had to fill in a Form or give my details to view a House, I View on line then arrange my Property manager to go and inspect them, Then and only then they get our Details, All i can say is out of every 100 people who try to view on your Website 90 will look at other sites , I firmly believe that your missing 90% of buyers, Solely for that reason. Good luck with selling in this Current market, Its now a Landlords Market if you have the cash to buy outright, Thats us,

Correct. You wont find new construction homes communities in the city, but this is within the Tampa Metro and considered a Tampa Suburb/unincorporated area to be correct. Thanks for the comment!
