This is honestly one of the premiere gyms in the world. Big props to the Egyptian partners that made that his happen - this is a 10/10 facility damn big props.

когато забелязах Лазар не беше в неговия пик,а от интервютата,които даде на няколко места пред българска аудитория и първото,което ми задържа интереса беше ,какво вътрешно устройство,мъжки ценности,морал,здрави принципи , душевно устройство и преданост към призванието си има неговата личност и онемях,просто не бях срещала в наши дни представител от мъжки пол с такова устройство,а и в комбинация с такава външност ,а по-скоро в миналото,чиста,благородна душа заслужаваща всички постижения,които му се случват и които предстоят!Голяма гордост за българския народ!...физическата форма отново възхитителна и предпочитам да се уча от него на тези качества въпреки,че съм жена хаха!

Damn i missed it!! I was in Cairo Egypt for a week in April, i found a golds gym in Heliopolis , then i went to Nile for lunch, then Giza to see the Pyramids. Had the time of my life !! I met Emmydel or Omnia !! She helped me get ubers and wifi. Went to Cairo Tower too!! Maybe next time.

Guys having access to a gym like this is great. But to anyone who cannot, do not despair. Some of the strongest lifters have trained in their basements or garages with very basic equipment. A power rack, bench, olympic bar, lots of plates and chin up dips station, heavy dumbells are all you need to get big and strong along with loads of resolve and dermination
