My grandfather also taught me to drive on a Jeep. A CJ2a in rural Ohio. So your restoration hit an emotional spot with me. Probably others too who wanted to save their first Jeep but were never able to.

Great job! Wish my family had kept the 1960 F-100 I learned in. I'd love to restore it. It's great to see folks that pass on such keepsakes.

Thanks for the link in your stop motion assembly video. I feel your excitement and pride here.😀 Quite content with my original straight-six too (except perhaps when pulling the Boler up the steeper hills) 🤔 Liking the accessory kit on the rear , and noted the custom tail lights. Like the colour choices and satin. Regards.

Moto T I got the jeep from my grandfather. It was the farm jeep he taught me to drive in when I was 10. I did the restoration myself. I have not added up how much I have in parts alone.
