People with down syndrome are very affectionate, and supportive families learn to give lots of physical affection. And it's excellent.
Let’s also give credit to his coach. He did a Ironman whilst dragging Chris on a rope during the swim and run. That’s insane levels of fitness
PS: If anyone has anything bad to say about this, the guy just ran an iron man, just think what he could do to you.

Absolutely incredible achievement for any individual. I couldn't do a single one of those 3 tasks, let alone all 3. However; I do think that the Guinness World Record needs to have a note beside it. Something that says "aided" or something like that. During the swimming and running he was tethered to the guide, so he was not entirely doing it with all of his own energy and effort. They even note that the cycling portion was important, because it was the only portion that he did in fact complete totally on his own. I think it's absolutely incredible what he accomplished. However; it is important to note he did not complete the entirety on his own. I'm not at all trying to take away from what he did or accomplished. In fact I'm trying to support the future individual with down syndrome that completes an Iron Man without aid or being tethered. For there accomplishment could be ignored or overlooked. When it comes to world records; it is important to get all of the facts and details correct.

@@zeerevs i actually finished a marathon myself once. why would you judge me? i did not upload a video of me getting pulled, pretending to have achieved something i didn't really do. you have no basis of knowledge to say sth like that about me. i'm commenting on the video with a stemp proof. what does that have to do with hate? it's just realism. if you hate reality, go hate reality, i just say the truth. i can not change if you hate the truth. but it's not me being hateful if i point something out as fake and give a time mark you can go check it and answer on a objective level and say why you do not agree with my oppinion. i don't remember the content of the video. but that's all i would have to say.
