I think this appointment has gone under the radar which is understandable given our position in the league. However, this appointment is huge for the future of the club. We are definitely in safe hands under Knighthead!

I'd love it if we made a change to the technical and sports directors of the first team aswell. Love Craig Gardner but the player recruitments have been mediocre and poor, if we want to be a big club we need good recruitment of high potential players, not just from England but from gems in other leagues in Europe aswell. Leicester signed Riyad Mahrez from the french second division while in the championship, and he went on to win them the premier league. We need to make signings similar to that

He brought in multiple players who have Premier league experience without spending a penny. His signings have been sublime given the context.

Craig can't be judged on this season. This summer will be the first real chance under the new owners backing so judge him end of next season. I know everyone's bitter about this season which makes it easy to point fingers. Don't forget this is the start of a project. That is why this appointment has been made. KRO ALL.

@@OkayChaphe has signed some technically brilliant players for sure, however there doesn’t seem to be a plan of how to recruit players to make an effective team. The recruitment approach in January (not signing a striker and signing 3 Cm’s) was criminal and imo the reason why we are in this mess. We cannot change our attacking approach as we have 1 striker. Our only option is to score the perfect goal and our players are not good enough to do that effectively and consistently.
