My line up: Ruddy Buchanan Beilik Sanderson Drameh Sunjic James Keshi T.Roberts Miyoshi Stansfield - Jukey, Pritchard(vs old club), Paik to come on. Dembele / Bacca to come on if losing or game becomes really open. Gards, Roberts, - to close game out if winning towards end. Laird seems not upto scratch and possibly carrying a injury as he's of the pace and lost for stamina. Its a game that needs front foot energy, passion but also need the right composure to manage and control game. KRO, UTB.

We need a good strong character as captain to start with and build a team around. Someone that especially a young side would look up to and respect.

Don’t see Beilik in midfield any more too slow and ends up getting booked for dragging players back also why break up the partnership that’s been fairly solid. Agree re Laird, he’s been off for a few weeks so wouldn’t be upset to see Drameh. Wouldn’t play Dembele from the start, no defensive cover. Pail also been off lately, so maybe JJ next to Sunjic KRO SOTV

Good call JJ next to Sunjic, which is where he plays for Wales and gets outstanding reviews. Can't understand why any of the managers we've had this season haven't played him there. Bielik must play CB 'cause as you say he's much too slow to play midfield. Agree no start for Dembele as defensively he's non existent; on bench could be used last 15-20 mins if needed, as could Juke. Laird or Drameh could struggle defensively, but Laird, on his day, can make a big difference to our attacking play if let off the leash. So I'd start with Laird. KRO

If Blues go down, we will probably find it a bit easier to keep hold of our best players than if we had gone down in previous or future seasons. Not only does the structure around the club in terms of the ownership, staff, and renovated facilities give us a high likelihood of bouncing back, but also there are no international tournaments (to my knowledge) that players will be building their profiles towards participating in next summer.

I’m very grateful to the owners for rescuing us from those idiots called TTA. But, they have made a couple of naive key errors this season. No matter how poor players performances have been during key moments those decisions by the board have really done us in. Combined with the bad luck for Mowbray, the poor state of the squad anyway thanks to TTA’s lack of spend. It’s all combined to be a nightmare.

the signings made in summer were decent but was on the basis that it was a starting point for me. it seemed to me that when those were made cooke wasnt ceo yet. and then there was a lot of 'derby' relegation season signings/connections prior.. we neer actually spent any real money after. sold chong which i said was a mistake, sold/released long never brought in a striker or gave dixon a chance. anyway after a multitude of reasons and then even more; team selection/managemnet and player effort to a man need to be on point saturday. starting burke ahead of dembele and hogan (omg! i just said that but its true lol) is just as bad as inept perfomances .. me... id go 4-4-2 attacking .... ruddy, laird, sanderson, beilik/aiwu, drameh (buchannan only if hes going to be instructed to stay back so he cand defend first and foremost, and tight marking as him 'swicthing off' has led to goals alot this season),, miyoshi, dembele, paik, sunjic/beilik (if (aiwu started defence), roberts, stansfeild ... (juke off bench so he can see out the match, and with tireder legs of the opposition,, and if were at biting fingernail anxious times)

Need to keep Burke and Aiwu as far away from the pitch as possible, and not even in the dressing room! Then will we will at least have a chance ..... KRO

Call me negative, I really don’t think it matters who plays, we ain’t good enough to play in this league, we’ve more than proved that.

Beilik gives away at least 15 free kicks away every game. We must let Dembele play in this match as we must go for the win.

Hope we don't play Marc Roberts as he is always a disaster waiting to happen. We big Mowbray up to much, if he was that good a manager would he not have brought a striker instead of 35,000 midfielders. Blues 1 Norwich 1 for me. KRO

I’d have fully agreed with that until he started playing under Mowbray. He was solid during that period

Be honest with yourselves what did you see with our garbage performance at Huddersfield and Rotherham that makes you think we can beat Norwich. Yeah dream on. KRO
