If we're charged double the base rate we'll pay it, but charge us the standard rate and you might walk away with an extra $20, $30, maybe even $100 for quality service.

This is why I have a love hate relationship with youtube... right now it’s hate... it’s 1am I have to work at 6 and I’m watching a stranger give another stranger a haircut in another country.... lol
