First Future High Streets Fund project completed in Sutton!

In March 2023, we were handed the keys to the completed 14 Low Street, Sutton.
Using some of the £6.27m Future High Streets Fund, we transformed a derelict building on the high street into a useable, contemporary commercial space.
The former Yorkshire Bank is now home to Rendezvous Cafe offering home made cakes, tasty food, and an exciting drinks menu, bringing a new flavour to Sutton.
