First off muchos respect for sharing your journey I have just watched the ones I have missed, fentynl is really good when it gets into the system as it does calm the pain a hell of a lot. I found I sleep far to much now though and miss days but I am on so many meds now just to get me up and going it's not surprising, also love the t-shirt!!! Sending loads of love your way :)

Thank you so much for the comment Dan. I adore you and admire your strength. I actually had my wife take the patch off this morning. I was in so much pain....I am still taking the other pain meds which were mostly controlling the headaches so I assumed it was the patch causing it and said to hell with it. The pain has subsided again since I took it off, so I assuming my body just doesn't like that stuff. I sleep quite a bit too and it is frustrating. From what I can tell from your videos you are a more active person than I, so I can only imagine how frustrating it is for you. sending you loads of love and hugs daily :)

I found this blog only yesterday and I know that Sarge has passed over, but I wanted to write something because she has had an impact on me in the sense of how brave and amazingly positive and intelligent she was in addressing this awful illness....i always find it truly astounding how courageous so many people are when dealing with this, even very young people who really have their lives taken away from them long before they pass due to cancer, ....i am so sorry that I didn't find Sarge earlier because I would have liked to write to her here and send lots of good vibes and support for her journey.....much love to Mrs Sarge and please never forget that everything is sent for a reason...i know people say this is bs...but it really isn't...many people in this position have said that despite the horror of having a terminal illness it can also be a wonderful human experience on many other levels....

So glad you were up to doing this update. your subbies have been concerned. Just know we love you very much and continue to pray for you. #staysargestrong... muah

Sarge, I don't know if this will help you, but when I was going through chemo, I had no appetite, and couple of friends of mine gave me some "special" cookies, and it did help me. Stray strong Sarge!!!!

So great to see your beautiful face again, and so sad to hear about your pain. I love your t shirt, and I love your style. You have such a soothing "presence", and I can't explain it, but you make me feel safe. Mrs. Sarge and you make me feel like if I ever faced this I could deal with it because of my faith and the Sarge Strength that you have shown. The seizure thing is very scary indeed. Someone once told me, "Worrying is like paying interest on bills that are not yet due." I hope this helps with the fear of seizures because it stops THIS worry wart, sometimes. :)

I lost my mom to pancreatic cancer in 2019, my brother to osteosarcoma in 2008. Cancer is such a curse. Praying one day a cure is found. I’m praying for you 🙏🏼

Hey Liz, one of her friends on FB asked is she wanted them to set up a gofundme because sarge expressed frustration about finances. She never gave them an answer. She is a proud person and would probably see that as charity. I could be wrong. If one of her friends does one anyway, I will sure let yall know.
