"Proper research": It took the Blue Angels *30 YEARS* from the first female combat fighter pilots to hiring this one and only one to their team. That's *17 YEARS LATER* than the Thunderbirds, who have hired at least half a dozen by now. Congress should have done a formal INVESTIGATION into this more than a decade ago. It is as though absolutely nothing was learned from Tailhook. 1:33 - Just look at these women from *1974.* Think how many of them could have done a competent job as a Blue Angels fighter demo pilot. Way before combat exclusion was lifted. So the full story on Proper Research is that the delay has been more like Half a Century. It's clear that the US Navy does not take the US Constitution seriously. Not when it comes to Equal Protection. Congress FAILED Stalin. Or rather, they failed the MANY women who were fully competent, and had been so long before her.
