I’ve been struggling between the blue or black and this video helped me be confident in going with the blue. Thank you!

I bought the blue version coz it reminds me of pierce brosnan (james bond) in the 90's. I like the heft of this watch on my wrist & the dial is simple meaning less is more. This is my 1st Swiss watch & i love it.

Beautiful watch. Excellent review Dave. I had the gen 1 for about 8 years. Wore it daily, and it was a really a great companion. Great choice on this second generation!!

Glad to see you back in the saddle, Dave! I’ve studied and considered the SMPc for a couple of years now and agree that the second generation model is the one to get, in blue. It’s a little too small for my wrist unfortunately, so I ended up going with a 2500 seriesPlanet Ocean which works better for me. But I greatly respect the Seamaster Professional and hope it brings you years of happiness.

Great idea switching the bracelet to the Aqua Terra's, it looks excellent. The SM300 has always called me but the bracelet has always been unattractive to me.

Good review. What do u use to keep ur mechanical and automatic watches wound? I use to have a couple pre-bond 200 automatic Seamasters and I like Omega. I sold off the pre-bond watches and I'm looking to buy a Seamaster Professional. I own several watches and I wear a Marathon GSAR as my everyday watch. I'm looking for a quality auto wind box. Let me know if u have recommendation.
