Lara is a Belgian singer, her father is Belgian, her mother Italian. You saoule listen to her song “l’oubli” a song she wrote about The illness of her mam who passend away . She Had a very beautiful concert named « en toute intimité » her performance on that concert was incredibly beautiful. Please check it out.

Of all the versions of this song I have heard (including Dimash), this is my favorite. For almost 20 years Lara has been at the top of my favorite singers.

Adagio Instrumental was written in 1685 & rewritten in various keys over the years. But, Lara is the 1st person to put words to the song. She wrote the lyrics in English & Italian releasing both at once. You mentioned Rock, Lara has been a stable on the EuroPop Rock Chart. She took Dolly Parton’s “I will always love you”, and used the Whitney Houston’s template. But, when the song got to the point where the Saxophone session came in: Lara replaced it with an Electric Guitar. I ❤️ her! 🦋

More information about Lara Fabian: Lara is recognized as one of the best vocalist ever seen on earth and all professionals list her in the top vocalist tier with Barbra, Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Lisa Fischer, .... In my personal opinion, she is even the best. There are a few vocal characteristics that are her signature: her famous resonance for instance that allows her to sing acapella without mic in venues with 8,000 attendees. Her nickname in the singing world is "the ring" due to this. I would also list her amazing phrasing, breath management and her pleasant tone even when belting in her upper register. So she is one of the best vocalist ever, but on top of that, she adds a few things that make her an absolute package with no equivalence: • she speaks 4 languages fluently (french, italian, english, spanish) and has sung in 12 languages in total • she is an amazing songwriter and wrote lyrics for most her songs, in the 4 languages she speaks. Her father is belgian speaking french. Her mother is Sicilian. She spent her first years in Sicily. She has two first languages. Her grand-father on her mother's side was an american so she learned english too. Sorry I don't where she learned spanish. Just imagine she speaks 4 languages fluently and she sings in a total of 12 languages. Incredable, isn't it? Since 1995, she has the Canadian Citizenship. She stays in the french speaking Province of Québec . I was born there. Wishing you nothing but the best in life. 😊

What’s stunned me is that no matter the language she sings her diction is most of the time perfectly clear . She is an incredible story singers stage artist.

Lara is phenomenal and one of my favourites, she sang in the 1988 Eurovision the year a lady by the name of Celine Dion won. Another amazing female artist to check out is SoHyang from Korea she is up there with the very best. Check her out singing “bridge over troubled waters”
