True… flatplane v8 sounds like straight 4 (shit) whereas the 120 deg v6 has the perfect 3rd order like v12.

When the 296 first debuted I was kind of disappointed hearing that it was a v6 but this car is actually amazing tbh. Especially with the exhaust you made. It seems like a very well made car.

Choi is BRUTAL to that new engine! I'd be ticked off if it was my new car. EDIT - 458 still sounds better...

There’s two 296 GTB at my US dealer. One with AF and one without. They also had an brand new 812 Competizione. All customer cars I’m sure and not for sale.

Sounds awesome. It's very annoying to have others think that they should be allowed to have food and drinks in someone else's vehicle without asking permission. Worse many get offended if you ask them to not do so. I don't even allow myself to have a bottle of water in my own vehicle.

Yeah seriously, I know I'd personally be irate if that was my brand new, less than 300 mile 296GTB.... for some reason, this "destroyer" guy seems fine with it.... until something happens I suppose. Must be nice to have that amount of cake to not care about that stuff lol... I know even if I was that well off, I'd be pissed.... driving fast is one thing, beating a brand new 400k car off the limiter while the check engine light is lit smoking through 4 gears and my expensive tires is a complete other.

Watching this video makes me remember my high school years of course you have to change out some of the cars from the Italian jobs and replace them with Detroit mussel cars from the GTOs of the late 60’s and early 70’s toss in a 66 Mustang headers blown out glass packs yes those were some of my favorite memories before I was paying for my own insurance now I’m just waiting for my next 918… it will come I just have to be patient…

Different degree angles and firing orders. The MC20 will always have a low, baritone sound (much like the Giulia/Stelvio Quadrifoglio). The MC20 does sound good with a GPF delete (which is more important than the cat delete), but it's just a different sort of sound.

I know that hitting the rev limiter is supposed to be tolerated by modern engines. For my ear, it sounds like something to avoid.
