I have a good feeling about him on a Yamaha.

I always have been a Kawasaki fan and I knew when JR came they will be unstoppable. Now I'm kinda sad but also exited that I have to become an Yamaha fan. GOOD LUCK GOAT!!!

Jonty Rea is THE man, but he never blows his own trumpet and gains respect by talent and bravery rather than bluster and narcissism. Yamaha will win with him, they have the best handling bike and the rider who will put that handling to best use. JR doesn't need the biggest power, just a good, reliable, nimble package.

As a 6 time world champion I'm sure it won't be long before you have any little issue's sorted and back to winning ways.. Your first win on the Yamaha will be soooo sweet. Team Fabulous #69..

I feel that R1's engine sound is the most comfortable of all other bikes.

First day you you looked kinda happy. Second day you looked genuinely happy

I'm a Bautista fan through and through, I have been since his moto3 days. But I would love to see Rea win it all next season.

Wishing you good luck with the R1, its a given that Yamaha knew a 6 time WSB champion has all the experience to unlock great performance from their bike. Also that they will be aware that JR is a level-headed team player, not prone to emotional outbursts. I have to say from a WSB fan's perspective, how good it was to see JR not coming in as Barry Big Bollocks, demanding this and that and that he was genuinely humble prior to his first test and also the visible relief that he & the bike had delivered. And that there is more to come as JR, the team & the bike gel yet further over the coming months.

It's exciting to watch the journey and see your progression with the new team Jonathan! Very much looking forward to another great season of racing and cheering you on. Thanks for sharing, have fun and keep yourself safe! 😃👍❤🏍 Randy

Love the your team bike ,my first bike ever was a csr 650 (like a mini kz sort of ) but now I ride an older Yamaha (09fz1 ,b4 new crossplane engine 😕) point being …seeing the nervousness you had in beginning looking like it was almost gone by the end … and u having positive feelings towards the bike (the whole team too) makes this older dude smile

I can't wait for the 2024 season to begin. I want to hibernate in the Arctic and come back to reality at the opening of the 2024 WSBK season.

Honestly speaking I think you are gonna big deal for everyone next season. You have experience, your corner speed is unmatched, and once you dial the R1 to find the tyre last in the closing laps you will fight for the title!

Things weren’t improving on the Kawasaki they achieved so much together glad to say I was on the journey with them unfortunately sat in front of the tv ,,😂😂😂😂 like many others can’t wait for the next chapter with Yamaha… all best to them …👍👍👍

It’ll be as weird watching JR on an R1 as it’ll be watching #93 on a Ducati next year in GP, but I really think Johnny was getting frustrated on the Kawi and hope he fn kills it on the Yamaha!

You won a few on the Honda when no one else could. You won tons on the Kawy when it was the bike to be on. I have no doubt you will win on this bike too. I’m a huge fan. Will be rooting you on next year.

My first bike 50 yeats ago, when I was 17 was a 250 Yamaha, can you imagine letting a 17 yo loose on a flying machine. Each time I woke up in hospital all I wanted to do was get out on my bike! I'm delighted you have joined my team, here's to a top rider on a top bike.
