I have been making the egg white oats you shared lately and it’s insanely good! So, so filling, keeps me satiated and full until dinner almost (I usually eat egg white oats around 11-12). Love all your videos, especially the ones that contain food you’re making or eating. My husband is a primary physician and hopes to teach at a med school or even a residency sometime, but he loved A&P in med school!

Awhhh yaaay that makes me soo happyy!! & yeah I guess I do weigh out some things (eg. Grams of oats that i use for my oatmeal or my pb) but thats because I lovee that exact consistency and find that it makes the perfect portion of oats each time! & with the peanut butter… lets just say i need to keep myself in check because I could eat the whole pot and not be ashamed😂😂 its hard to eyeball & since i add it to everythinggg its nice to just be aware 😂😂🫶 Aside from those, i dont really weigh out anything else! hehe hope that helps🤍✨

Ooo in london usually it is 5 but you can choose to do an intercalated year (an extra year) if you want where you study a different chosen area! 🫶🥰
