♡ Recipe: pumpkin spice pancake bites
- 50g myprotein maple flavoured pancake mix
- 65g almond milk
- 45g Cocos Organic kefir
- 1tsp ✨ pumpkin spice ✨
- pear (or you could use apple, or banana, or even strawbs.....why not)
♡ Recipe: lemon tahini pasta sauce
- 1/2cup tahini
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp paprika
- 1tsp dried mint
- a dash of Cocos Organic kefir
- 1/4cup -1/2cup pasta water (eyeball the consistency and even if it seems like it is splitting at first, add some more and mix it well!)
