Very different experience from when I began sophomore year at Tech in 1963 in Shanks Hall. The parents didn't want to drive to Blacksburg so I took the train from Norfolk. It was like military school then but you couldn't beat the price-- $330 per quarter for tuition and $330 for room and board.

I deffered my admission to Tech this year as a freshman. I'm taking classes at a local community college and transferring back in next fall. Hopefully soon enough things will be better.

If classes are online, then why do people move to their collage? I don't get it
