Hay is heavy this year everywhere. Orchard grass really took off quick this year and got mature, as long as the hay looks and smells good, it will sell. In the same boat here with weather. Got balage all done and a few dry rounds. Put in 825 square bales on Father's Day. Got some more to bale for dry rounds and square bales, but now the weather has decided to change again. Oh well I'll get it eventually. Hard to do a lot when you are a one man show.

The orchard grass really changed in the last week. Weather men are really pissing me off. Pattern has been 2 good days then 1 rain. Mowed hay today and now changed rain possible tomorrow 🤬🤬. To top it off, broke something in the cutter bar on the discbine. Most days just as far ahead working by myself. Benefit of having someone to help is having someone to blame for the mistakes. 😂😂

It was pretty close to double but I also mowed it a month later than last year.

Looks exactly like the hay we just put up 800bales just last week. The hay ended up going to beef cattle

You could use some land cleaning and let us see your tractor and equipment

I know and a lot can be done with the skid steer. Cutting brush is one job I really hate, just have to break down and do it. I do have a vid coming of the IH picking up bales coming. I have ideas for others. Using just a phone to record makes it hard to set up to see anything or not end up with an hour long video.

Don't matter this hay is already baled and in barn last week. It wasn't supposed to rain today and the hay I was to bale today got wet. Incompetent weathermen.

My grandpa used to offer JW a beer. They'd refuse, saying they don't drink. He'd say he doesn't discuss anything without a drink and close the door on them.
