The purpose of the evening, the announcement of the 89 leaders of the Gastronomy of Greece, who emerged in 2022 among 560 enterprises - who applied for their participation in the ANTHOLOGY OF GREEK GASTRONOMY and managed to get the distinction of five stars.
The evening's excellent menu, which was based on the 5-star products , that have been awarded by the ANTHOLOGY OF GREEK GASTRONOMY, was prepared by the executive chefs Eleni Psychari and Spyros Koronakis.

The surprise gift concerned the lucky coin of the New Year cake and was offered by Chrysoula Papalexi. It is a two-day overnight stay for two people at the GANIMIDS hotel in the magical Galaxidi, which has been awarded by the TRAVEL OF TASTE AND TOURISM for its excellent breakfast. The five-star restaurant PORTO in Galaxidi offered a meal or dinner to the lucky winner of the evening, who was found at a quarter past 12 in the evening and was little Sofia Irini Stathopoulou.
The evening was graced with their presence by distinguished guests, distinguished representatives of the culinary and pastry arts, representatives of the media from Greece and abroad, representatives of agencies and organizations, representatives of foreign chambers.
