The mounting tabs break off and the PC900V is useless without the mounting tabs. I now have two useless PC900V units with broken tabs.

+mac mann - Agreed. These are also the worst instructions and diagrams I have ever seen. The person that wrote the mounting instructions has probably never even held the unit. This unit does not rotate after mounting as stated. I have no clue why that's in there. Further, it is impossible to mount it in the upright position and have the circular piece in the back on the 'upper' right. I think they meant LOWER right.

+mac mann I called them and they sent me new mounting brackets. I drew an arrow on the fade of the unit so I know which way to remove it from the mount. One in the kitchen went off and I had to take it down and remove the battery. The little button to silence the unit didn't work. These units are junk.
