I tried installing the firmware for the MAC to make it a stand alone mixer and it fails everytime. Is there a way to resolve this?

Just purchased this and when I run the updater it fails everytime. Im on a MAC...help!!

yes, it does.

does this mean that i can play music from an ipod or cdj as a backup for if my pc shuts down during a gig?

can any interface be used & if so witch one can I use?

dude...i just got the VCI-400 and the right jogwheel isn't working in vinyl mode...PLZ help with this! this should not be happening

hola que tal tengo una vestax vci 400 que de un momento a otro dejo de encender sus luces led en pocas palabras no hace nada solo enciende su led de usb y el de corriente todo lo demás dejo de funcionar e intentado actualizar la maquina pero me arroja error en el programa firmup el notebook (windows) me la reconoce de inmediato al igual que su drivers , en realidad no se que podrá ser la envié al servicio técnico y tampoco supieron que podría ser ya que no tiene nada físico

I just got a VCI 400 and I have to tried to do the update on the unit but once I Run the Vestax Updater software and choose the update file an error message comes up saying to contact the vendor for the VCI 400, can I get some help here please, I happen to work at a major pro dj store and I have never come across a unit that gets me stuck on anything lke this and I would like to Demo the unit to some customers, by the way I have also tried to run it with Tracktor and it does not work..
