Awesome. I can't help thinking Frank wrote this after an evening listening to an Irish music session.

Funny how normal this track (and album) sounds now in the face of dubstep and every other cacophonic genre. I remember finding this one and being like "nope, sorry Frank, but this time you actually lost me"... and now I'm like "oh, wait, It's actually 100% organized and melodic, it's just that the sounds themselves throw you off from perceiving it that way"

I often wonder wether it was an intentional false rumour Zappa created, saying 'G-spot tornado' could never be replicated by anything other then a machine. It's been done several times now.. I know they said even the yellow shark iteration nearly didn't make it to the final cut because they couldn't get it right in rehearsals or something (my memory is rusty) though I can't help but think, that too might have been hyped up. Amazing song and suited much better to a classical arrangement personally I feel (even though the snyc' version is out of this world and nothing comes close to it on the digital spectrum. It's about the most unique electronic peice of art I've ever heard).

Frank did say in an interview that I've read that he thought "G-Spot Tornado" wasn't playable by humans. I'm exceedingly happy to see several musical groups playing it these days, even if the keyboard player in this video did screw up his part a bit.
