I think this video is confusing Judo and Wrestling, with the lapel grip Judoka's finish to the front for Ippon. With the arm grip Wrestlers finish to the side for mechanical advantage. The problem is that you're using a Judo grip and a Wrestling finish, which gives your partner two hands to post with. Kata Guruma and Fireman's Carry are not exactly the same throw, each sport has its own details - even Sambo differs.
