What setup do you like to use?

I love the fireman's but usually just hit it in the Gi, a lot of the times I hit the high crotch to outside single or go to the back from this set up. Im going to teach this set up in my class tonight, appreciate it bro! Oss

How do you avoid the crucifix?
@abreujiujitsu
Жыл бұрын
There are a couple of things that help avoid the crucifix. 1. Aim to toss them more diagnial towards the front. 2. When you drop/ shoot directly underneath them pulling on the elbow/ arm will toss them over the top. These cause them to be to far over the top to work the crucifix.
Why do you think its the best bjj takedown?

Grapplers are always fishing for underhooks as their top control. Do to that they are open many times for the Fireman's.
