“I Won’t Look Back” is inspired by John 10:10 and arrives in the wake of the #metoo social media movement that has given birth to the voice of those that have been victims of sexual misconduct. We wanted this song to be an empowering anthem, meant to help break the binds of those who have suffered abuse.
God doesn't want His children to live the rest of their lives trapped in the past, living as victims of tragedy and abuse. Jesus came that we would all have life and have it to the full!

They say Depression is like being in an abusive relationship with yourself. This song was part of the turning point in my life to conquer and destroy depression and take back everything it had stolen from me over the years
This song speaks on so many levels, as a victim of rape and domestic abuse i REALLY feel like this song is amazing and makes me feel so much empowerment.
Wow, this song is such a powerful decree to say, "No more! Enemy you're paying back what you stole!"

Wow such a powerful song for spiritual warfare, and deliverence. Gods power is great, but getting free fom demons can be a messy emotional journey. And sometimes you have to literally get pissed when fighting the enemy. I love this.
I love all of ya’llls songs, but this is one of my faves! Your songs speak to me in so many different ways, give me hope, remind me of my worth, and give me renewed strength to get through life’s shit. I love how it’s all wrapped around God and Jesus. My abusive childhood past tries to creep up and beat me down pretty often, so I play your songs and sing and scream along and I feel so much better. I’m married to a narcissist and when he’s really getting on me with his bullshit, I get in my car, drive off and turn the music up blasting Fireflight as loud as it can go while I scream it all out. This is therapy. Keep spreading the Gospel of Love guys, you’re doing great!!

I didn't like Innova but I fully support Fireflight for that choice to release that album. You can only release the same style album before it becomes stagnant from a creative standpoint. It's nice to hear some metal again from them though ;)
