Special styles with different T-shirts. Emotes when his character picks up a cursed firearm and he looks grieved by what the devs have done now. A wrap so all his weapons are the real world colours. Back bling of an emotional support StG44 (?) But what’s his glider and pickaxe?

The Creative mode to Fortnite has a LOT more guns, I'd be lying if I didn't say I was curious on Johnathan's thoughts on those guns, especially since a bunch of them are a lot more cartoony than what this episode had

As a very late arrival to Fortnite (only came in because of Festival) I’m very surprised that this cartoony take on battle royale would have guns as detailed or moreso than PUBG.

On the other hand, the person capturing gameplay for him didn't remove the gun "wraps" (skins) which aren't part of the design but a player choice. I hate when they do that and not tell Johnathan that it's a skin and not part of the design.

@@skelreal M'y bad, I didn't even notice while using wraps myself. It's an odd choice but maybe that's to make them legally distinct and more cartoonist?

The one thing I have always enjoyed is the lack of “old man shouts at the sky” with JF. Came across really well with these guns.

Can't overstate how much I like the back and forth between these two.

My son and I briefly met Mr. Ferguson last summer at the Royal Armoury in Leeds. We didn't want to take up a lot of his time, so my son forgot to ask him if they were going to make a Fortnite episode. Thanks for reading his mind!

I'm pretty sure the lack of case ejection might be a replay issue, it shows in-game.

There is different reload animations depending on what magazine you pick. If you pick the quick mag for the pump shotgun, they quad load it, and with the Scar, if you put a drum on it, they pull the actual charging handle, not just the bolt catch

They ought to make a Jonathan skin with most or all of the proceeds going to the museum. Honor the man and his work at the same time. Now someone go tell Epic :-)

In Creative, you can take any guns from every single season. Could be a fun to have a community post letting fans decide on weapons from Fortnite for Jonathan to view.

Love the fact that he still keeps the gloves on when holding the toy scar

It's designed to be an offensive pistol and to be used as a primary weapon. It's larger than most full-sized pistols besides maybe the Desert Eagle.

As a french, I appreciate the very respectful reference about the Bataclan and GIGN's "Sarcophagus" ballistic shield that was used.

There's two SCARs in Fortnite. The Striker variant is the new and the regular assult rifle is the old scar. Also the guns not ejecting shels is a replay bug

Would you do a video on the legal reasons why game guns have to be different than production models? Its becoming something of a huge issue in games like Call of Duty and such.

Ah excellent, I've been asking for this for ages! You could easily makes tens of videos on this game, there's literally hundreds of weapons in the game at this point, definitely would like to see more featured!

6:25 from what I’ve seen fortnite has had pretty inconsistent shell ejection between graphics settings.

"We do have toilet plungers and we DO HAVE grenades" - And then the whole plan falls apart because it's too hard to get some plungers....

I'd absolutely love to see one of these episodes done live. Have Dave playing the game on one side of the screen, let Jonathan ask if he can try different guns or attachments, let chat have some input as well, I think that would be really fun.

Brilliant! Would love to see a look at the weapons of Brink. A mix of real elements and future styling along with post apocalyptic mods

My guess as to why the characters hold the guns gears of war style is probably because if they were to rig/animate every new character to hold the gun perfectly it would probably take way more time then it would be worth considering how many people even pay attention to that stuff.

I would highly recommend having Jonathan take a look at the handguns in Receiver 2. As well as what the tape narrator has to say about the history of each.

So many weapons in MGS3 to react and comment on like the Patriot's infinite ammo magazine, the EZ tranq gun, Snake's customized officer M1911A1, Snake whittling the pistol grip to use a knife for CQC, Ocelot's SAA juggling skills, The End's paratrooper tranquilizer Mosin Nagant, the Davey Crockett recoil-less nuclear launcher and Eva's chinese mauser clone. There are so many more other interesting trivias and weapons in MGS3 so please gamespot and Johnathan make a video for the game.

Looking through footage of pre-Doom FPS, I think Doom actually *is* the first FPS with cartridge cases ejecting. Surprisingly few even show the player's current gun in their "hand" (Wolf 3D may actually be the first). 68th week of asking for episode on Bullet Girls Phantasia. 44th week of asking for Loadout on games not keeping track of the round in the chamber between reloads.

there are actually rear sight block replacements that replace the iron sights with picatinny rails so it's possible to make a continuous rail ak.

I was just watching the SCAR episode of Loadout and it apparently the firearms used to eject cases when that was filmed…do wonder when that feature/effect was removed.

I believe case ejections show up if you are on a higher graphics setting than the player showing was. Great video.

The "closest" types of equipment i can think off in regards to the "Cluster Clinger" must be either the german "Panzerknacker" anti tank mine or the japanese "lunge mine", at least in terms of resembling a toilet plunger

I’ve had a somewhat of a theory about why Fortnite Guns don’t have ejecting bullet casings. It’s because the Weapons have Caseless Bullets like the Halo SMG
